Joseph LActually have equipment at the pickup location I requested. I had to drive 20 miles to pickup up a 5x8 trailer when there are probably 8 locations closer to including a big dedicated location 1 mile from my house.

Gabriel BThe drop off people were great . The u haul person called to tell me I couldn’t drop off in Buxton, that they were not accepting any trailers. I called to see if that was true to find it was not. You lied about that. You people don’t care about your customer and jerk them around to please you. The price was ridiculous. I don’t trust you. YOU SUCK.

harry jMichele and Jeffery provided exceptional customer service throughout the process. I rented a trailer for local use and when I arrived the trailer was clean and ready for hitching up. As I returned the trailer later that day Jeffery had me checked in and the contract closed out by the time I unhitched the trailer. Highly recommend these folks for your U-haul use on the Outer Banks.

Ty PWhen dropping off the truck, the location wasn’t open yet. We were told to drop the key into the return box but the opening wasn’t big enough for the key. We waited about a half hour for the location to open. That was the only draw back.

Leandra LThe back of my U-Haul was filthy look like it hadn’t even been cleaned, the inside smelled like cigarettes. And when I did my online check in I had made sure I swept it out to call trash out etc. but yet I got charged a $25 cleaning fee
