It was not the where we picked the trailer up but rather the equipment itself. The trailer popped of the ball, which was the right ball, and caused use to be a day late. Not to mention and extra over night stay as a result.

*This review has nothing against the place where I dropped off or picked up my truck. Uhaul wont let me review Uhaul's service.- only the small business where I picked up the truck and dropped it off.* Do yourself a favor - don't rent from Uhaul! There are other options out there please look at them. I was given the wrong truck when I picked up my rental. I was told that I'd have to pay thousands of dollars for "overage" because the truck that I picked up was only tagged as a local move and I drove across the province AS PER MY RESERVATION. The day my truck was due back Uhaul called me and said "you were given the wrong truck, you're going to have issues when you bring it back" When I brought the truck back I was told to charge my credit card and then fix it after the fact.(I used the app and then called customer service as the dealer was closed) I had to keep the truck two days longer as I refused to charge that amount for their error. I spent three one hour phone calls to their customer "service" team and it was like talking to a wall. Hold times were insane, no one had any power to do anything, one of them couldn't even get audio working and had to email me saying she didn't know how to use her headset. Then I was told a Customer Service Manager was going to call me in THREE to FIVE BUSINESS DAYS to "make things right". The joker offered me a $20 VIP Certificate off my next uhaul rental. WTF>?! Are you kidding me?! Please rent from somewhere else - if you have any issues at all with your Uhau rentall you are sh*t out of luck. Uhaul are cowards as they only let me rate the place where i picked up or dropped off the truck - they won't even let me rate their s**t service. Bullocks to your $20 and shame on you Uhaul. "customer service"
