The online option to drop off equipment has not worked for me the last two times I've rented trailers. The location is enabled for the site, and it is not locating me. I turned off my phone and restarted it, same result. Please fix that because it could be an excellent feature of your service.STEVEN S.

No one in the entire facility was wearing a mask during this pandemic, the store reeked of cigarette smoke, the employees were unfriendly, and they seemed unprepared for us to be there at all.Parker N.

They repaired our car to hook-up to the light system on the trailer and then it didn't work and we paid $140 dollars for it. They were nice enough to rush the process but the fact that it didn't work and we didn't realize until it was too late to turn around was super upsetting.Amanda C.

Very efficient, The gal that helped me was friendly and very helpful. The truck was clean and ready when I got there and she even walked me through the process as this was the first time I actually rented a truck. I will definitely go to this place first when I need a Uhaul againTialisa T.

It was quick and easy to drop off here. The employee who helped me was really helpful and polite. The location itself smelled like cigarette smoke but other than that it was fine.Hunter L.

It was ok ultimately- I got the truck. Truck was somewhat dirty inside. Shopkeeper didn't answer the door and we had to call the main office who then tried to call him. He opened door 20 minutes past opening time. He didn 't have the combination to the key box and had to call someone.Sheila C.
Apparently this is a new location so the operator was struggling a bit. He was friendly and helpful, and I am sure he will be an asset to U-HaulPeter K.
Make sure the truck is clean and in good working order. Fill the tank so the customer can be on their way. I felt like the truck was not only dirty, but very unsanitary, especially considering a global pandemic situation. Between the change of pick up locations, filthy truck, and low gas, I was doubly delayed on my very tight schedule. Greatly dissatisfied with this experience.Maggie R.
