Make sure equipment is in good working order. Truck the tried to rent us had two bald front tires totally not DOT safe. Truck we did get smelled like dog piss and steering wheel looked like dog had eaten it on left side. Made driving it very hard.HEATHER H.

Staff was great, the lot was tiny. I could barely turn my truck around in the lot not to mention with a 12ft trailer.Trenton C.
I reserved the trailer on line including payment and was still delayed when picking up. The trailer was clean but the overhead door didn't have a stop on it to prevent it from rolling up past the outer - upper horizontal door frame. Upon opening, the door went up quickly and pinched my fingers in gap. The next time, I let go and the door latch got stuck inside of the outer - upper horizontal door frame making it very difficult to roll down. Other than the safety concern, I was charged for the extra insurance charge after declining both on line and in person. This is not the first time this has occurred. I've rented from this location many times in the past and will not return.DENNIS E.

It's not the locations fault but I was charged for a queen mattress size moving bag at another location and when I arrived there was no one there and the number I called wasn't working. It was only $4 but why was I charged at another location and then nit have access to pick up said purchase.STEPHEN W.

get an honest person to work there. when i turned the van in i had just filled it 2 blocks away. when i got my final bill i was told it was only 3/4 full so they charged me for gas, that was BULLSHIT< IT WAS FULL! FULLER THAN WHEN I PICKED IT UP!!!!MICHAEL S.

They overcharged for an electrical adapter and used some anti corrosion spray on my truck connections which cost me $60.00 and took them about 10 minutes to complete. They had asked for $90.00 but settled for the $60.00.David S.

I rented the U-Haul I never they asked me if I wanted the option for the insurance and I said no however they build me for the insurance and when I just went to dispute it and I said I I didn't order that and you know I didn't order it you took my order they said it wasn't there their place that it was a corporate thing and I had to dispute it through U-Haul and this is the second time that I've been treated like this and had to dispute charges that they put on my card they wasn't supposed to be there this time because I happen to mention in there that I didn't know where my receipt was they actually went back and forged the receipt and added the insurance there's a deceitfulness involved in this and it shouldn't be that way you should have better retailers that aren't going to try to fleece the customers when they come inRobert J.

I rented a 15' truck for 4 hours. Pickup was fine. When I dropped off, they told me to just leave it out front and a receipt would be emailed. I thought this would be fine, but I've learned my lesson. When I received the bill, they charged me $25 for cleaning even though we had swept out the back of the truck prior to returning it. I called to ask why and they indicated it was dirty. They said they took pictures. They passed my question along to the owner. The owner refused to refund and said I could dispute it at the uhaul website. I plan on doing so.Thomas U.

So I have no major complaints about my experience, however, I had a 9am reservation and due to only one person being at the counter to assist customers it was almost half an hour before I was able to get my truck due to the person before me having issues uploading his driver license and such. Not the company's fault of course, but an extra person to help me get in and out quicker would have been nice. The only other minor complaint I would have is when I went to get my truck the one of the employees offered a different truck that was "easier" to get to and proceeded to clean off the truck and warm it up for me. However due to the paper work being a different truck I had to go around to the side of building and get into a truck that was not cleaned off from the recent snow fall. (again, not that big of deal but still...) I also noticed the mileage was off by 1 mile, and the gas tank was only 3/4 full instead of a full tank. Now that being said, it was very clearly explained by the customer service representative to verify that mileage was correct and tank was full before I left, however due to it taking longer to get on the road I was in a hurry. 1 mile off is not a big deal (it only cost me an extra $0.99, but the 3/4 gas tank probably cost me an extra $20+. That's on me of course because it was explained, BUT the paperwork for that specific truck showed that it should have had a full tank and it did not. I can see how this mistake could be made because the needle was at the end of the gray 3/4 mark, but it was not all the way to dash for F. (for full) Ultimately I would use this location again as they have several trucks available and are in close proximity to my storage unit. The last complaint I would have is the back roll up door on the truck I had sticks very badly when raising it less than a foot. It took some effort to get it open each time.Adam R.
