get a better internet system whats the point of making a reserveration if you have to wait over a hour for pickup the web site gives you a 50.00 dollar reservation guarantee but then dont honor it i should have been credited the 50.oo but was not.. the poor girl working there tried and tried but it was uhauls system

We picked the truck up at 8pm. It took 45mins to get “approved”. Then we found out our dolly's weren't even in the truck. Of course we were packing all the heavy stuff that night but couldn't get anything done without the dolly's. We called in the morning to pick it up and the lady was rude. A discount of some sort would have been nice for the inconvenience.

This is the 4th trailer rental at this location in 2 minths. All 4 had issues resulting on loss of hotel nights days driving to Florida from indiana, road side repairs , and credit card double billing issues. Quite frankly i am not sure if there was a category they did not fail in. I will never go to Busy bee again. I am currently waiting on local district manager to respond its been 8 days And counting since customer service said i would hear from the district manager direct on placing a formal complaint on this location.

I reserved the truck for 7am and wasn't able to get it until 1015 due to system issues setting us back 3 hours of moving. I filled the tank up more than what I recieved it with and you don't get credit for that. The truck was filthy and smelled of urine.

Excellent customer service. Had me in and out in minutes. The truck itself is a little worn. It was hard to get the key to turn the ignition. One of the bumpers to the left of the granny attic was only attached with one mounting bolt. The other one was disconnected. Not a big deal to me, but should be fixed before it totally comes off. Regardless, busybee customer service was excellent. I would use then again and again. Thank you busybee !!!

I had no issues with the location. The representative at Busy Bee was nice and helpful. The self check-in failed. The website could not find my location upon pick up or return although location services were turned on.

The cabin was full of cat hair. wind shield bug covered. If the cat hair was their then I doubt it was cleaned for COVID

Someone worked with me every step of the way from hooking up the trailer to my vehicle, to checking that the lights work, to even unhooking and parking the trailer when I returned it because their lot was full. As a customer, I couldn't ask for more than that and would gladly rent from this location again

The equipment I reserved was unavailable for pickup. An adequate substitution was made and it all worked out, but having to use an open trailer instead of closed with potential rain in the forecast gave me reason for concern.

The experience was fine. I don't expect much when going to rent a vehicle other than it runs properly and is clean. However, I wish I took photographs of the van when I got it. The windshield was so dirty I had to stop at the car wash and clean it as well as vacuum the seats, flora and dust the dash board. Not only are we in the covid 19 era, and would hope for better sanitation, but the vehicle was disgusting inside. It took me 20 minutes to vacuum, dust and wash down the inside. And even after I did the windows, the front windshield was so full of “bug juice” that it made it difficult to see clearly. I hope this is an unfortunate case, since I have rented with uhaul in the past but this time I would not recommend to anyone

I returned the truck 30 minutes early and my personal vehicle is blocked in. I sat on hold with uhual for 20 minutes. Talked to someone for 5 minjtes and they disconnected on me. I did everything I was suppose to do and now I can't get my vehicle back. This is absolutely ridiculous. This location is terrible.

The 24/7 pick up service through the uhaul website was an absolute nightmare. It took 20 minutes to get approved and was not worth it at all. Lots of aggravation. Everyone at the busy bee auto repair shop was extremely friendly. It was uhaul headquarters that had the glitch.

I was advised that my choice location, Michigan City, IN did not have my truck per my reservation. I was sent to LaPorte, IN. Once in LaPorte location, I was told the truck reserved for us was a RF, Regional Fleet truck and we could not use it as a one way rental. The gentleman man very kind but at that point, frustration had set in. Not to mention my last rental was during the nationwide computer outage for uhaul, we were rented the wrong truck, had a terrible time returning because our contract, which was not given to us the day we rented, did not match the truck we were trying to return... at which my rental experience was horrible.... well, this is not better. We are then sent back in the direcrion from which we had just came, past our moving location in Michigan City to Valparaiso, IN. Not only was our time wasted, but unnecessary miles on our leased vehicle and extra gas cost are looming facts of this rental with uhaul. One at the Valparaiso location, they were speedy and courteous! Once home in Gurnee, IL we turned our truck in a day early just to avoid any hastle! Gurnee location was fantastic! I'm not sure what the corporate service issues are, but they need to be addressed. Individual vendor service was kind and courteous but the communication on rentals, pick ups and drop off are subpar. Thank you for asking and listening.

This location doesn't give change back. For example, they owed me $4.80. I only got $4 back when I paid for the truck. When I returned the truck, they owed me $30.18. I received $30 back. Also the owners and workers smoke in the shop and smoke in the truck. The truck had ashes in it and smelled like smoke upon pickup. Very unprofessional to not give correct change and to smoke in a public area and truck that says no smoking.

Credit card system would not worked and blamed it on corporate. Office was dirty and staff was smoking and not aligning with social distancing protocols that are recommended.
