Online Express check in was terrible and wasted so much time trying to use the system. Ended up having to wait until 8 am to speak to someone to check in. Lost an hour! It's not express if you have to scan in your driver's license front and back! You should be able to do that type of activity prior and just the basics to Express checkin.

Staff was very courteous and check in process was very quick. You need to put your drop off process in BOLD. I was charged $20 as a "courtesy" for dropping the truck off timely and in the correct location because I did not call them when I dropped the truck off. Totally ridiculous charge. Will impact whether I use U-Haul again.

My experience with U-Haul was absolutely terrible! I used the mobile app and with a bug in the app the mileage got mixed up on there end and I got charged 600 dollars MORE then I was suppose to. Upon contacting them the next day they submitted a refund for the amount that they said would take 3-5 business days to receive. In three days I checked my account to find not only did I not get my refund yet but there was ANOTHER hold on my account for ANOTHER 600+ dollars!! So immediately I call them about the issue and was informed that my refund had not been submitted 3 days ago and to call back the next day to get the hold removed from my account. So I did, and they told me my refund had been approved and would take another 3 to 5 business days along with the hold on my account. So almost a week has gone by to get this settled on what was suppose to be less then a 200 dollar charge they now have 1300 more then needed.... merry christmas to me I guess... will absolutely never use or recommend U-Haul to anyone ever! SCAMS!

We placed an order for a 26 foot truck, 6' by 12' trailer, and appliance dolly two weeks in advance of our needed rental date. The truck did not have working turn signal lights, it smelled of cigarette smoke, and it did not drive or steer well. We only received a 5' by 9' trailer and were never informed that they did not have a larger one available. We did not receive any appliance dolly and were not informed we would not be able to get one. When we called to ask why we did not receive what we ordered, we were told "we didn't have that available" or "we didn't have that written down" even though I have a confirmation number and order for all three rentals. When we picked up, we were told all rentals needed to be back by 10:30 am on the last day - previously, I had explained we needed until 8:00 pm that evening but this was not properly written or reserved either. We will not rent from this location again.

U-Haul screwed me on the rate. Was billed 20 cents more per mile than the website quote. They refused to resolve it. I will never use U-Haul again. Take a screenshot of the per mile quote...wish I had. Total scumbags at U-Haul corporate.

I appreciated the extra help that Busy Bee Auto repair gave me. I was a little concerned about tire pressure in my vehicle. Their mechanic checked all 4 tires and added air in each. I also had a minor problem with the ball hitch which was corrected by their mechanic. When I returned the trailer they were right their to assist in parking and removing the trailer off the hitch. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

The interior of cab was dirty, Truck had something wrong with it. It shuddered excessively while driving, most notably @ 50-55. I suspect it was an alignment issue.

Representative was smoking cigarettes in office and during our interaction. I have respiratory issues. Other than that, she was very professional, quick and even price matched a part I needed for the adapter I needed. I will be doing business with them again. I may just need to wear mask for the smoke issue. I will recommend this business.
