Manager/ agent does not provide interest in completing transactions for Uhaul rentals. They allow other customers to be assisted before attending or assisting Uhaul renters. This place does not meet customer satisfaction services that's provided by other Uhaul vendors. When vehicles are returned a close-out receipt is not given, and other fees are added.Luis S.

These guys are the worst U-Haul Dealers. They are extremely rude, every single time I rent here I leave mad due rudeness of the staff. Let me tell you, they do no good for U-Haul Brand. Just check the Yelp reviews for this dealer. I only rent here due to necessity, since it's close to my location or because I couldn't find any vehicles in other facilities. I was skeptical at first of it being run out of a gas station, but in the end it was the most helpful, friendly and speedy Uhaul transaction I have ever had. They didn't have one item I had requested but I won't let that ruin the experience, maybe just keep better stock of what is offered or let people know ahead of time. I've had the worst experience ever, I spoke to 2 different representatives over the phone whom both confirmed my reservation and gave me a quote before picking up the truck. I get to the location the agent was very rude.. didn't explain the rates, I had to dig and clean the snow off the truck myself, then when I was done with the truck I got charged for a total different amount than what was agreed to over the phone with the other reps.. YOU GUYS NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER! I will be disputing these charges because had I know better I would have went elsewhere..LORRAINEJ C.

I rented the truck on Sunday morning at 11am. It was supposed to be a 20 feet truck, but they gave me instead a 10 telling me that the one I reserved was broken and the only thing I could it's taking the 10 or nothing. So I did it, i took the 10, I still had to move.my 4 bedrooms apt.. Obviously there wasn't enough space and I had to extend for an extra day. Matter fact that for the next 2 days, Monday and Tuesday, a winter storm came and as everybody else, I was not able to use the truck since the mayor put a mandatory restriction on driving. So I called U-haul office to explain the problem, and they told me that they had already waived those 2 days, Monday and Tuesday, and I had untill Wednesday morning at 11am to bring the truck back. So basically, I was supposed to be charged just for just 1 day (sunday) but they charged me for 2, with all the fee and taxes attached for both days. This is not fair, at all. I extended the rent because of you, I could not use it because of the mandatory restriction, you told me you waived the charges and you still charged me double.Andrea I.

I returned the uhaul after 2pm the representative said I would get a email but I didn't get it until I called and they kept sending me the receipt from earlier when I rented it at 9 am. I finally got the receipt today and they had me returning the vehicle at 3:27 pm which was a flat out lie. I really believe they are ripping people off so they don't have to give you money back. The representative was so busy talking I guess he forgot to send my receipt then they put a different time. Bad business. Never again will I use them. If you use them make sure you get your receipt right then or else they will put another time for you returning the vehicle.Kalista A.

Personnel was rude and the price they quote you one price per mile on the phone and then double the price when you get there. Long wait in the line only to ask the same info as on the phone. The people are rude and answer you very short with an attitude.DAWN H.

This location is terrible I rented a vehicle here on 11-19-98 and the employee that did my transaction had poor customer service and a bad attitude, I bought the vehicle back with a full tank and they said i needed to put more and charged me $8 dollars for gas they are crooks I will be reporting them to the BBBNatasha B.

When you say you have a specific vehicle you should have that vehicle ready and available for the customer. We had to make to trips because when we arrived at the Uhaul place at 1610 Bushwick Ave. all four tires were flat and we had to get a van instead of the truck we had the contract. The service was great, I was able to pick the van up on time . The van was clean a newly updated with Bluetooth and backup camera The van drove smoothly, I later drop the van off at a different location, everything went smoothly. I will definitely use U-Haul again, Thanks for good serviceregina R.
