Robert KExcellent service. The only thing is that the tire pressure gauge is not working properly since all tires are at the correct pressure but the truck keeps saying it has a fault. so it should be fixe to be on the safe side.
Jose NThey didn’t have the original trailer I wanted, but upgraded me to the next size up for free, which I winded up needing anyways! I did have to wait for awhile for pickup, but once they showed up, it was smooth and easy.

Lydia RI have have had good service at Webster Rt 12 U-Haul with previous rentals. They were helpful, and responsive when I had to return the Auto Carrier for repairs. They and other U-Haul centers always hitch and un-hitch the trailer. JAX did not, JAX was open, I unhitch it. I called JAX the next to remind them to check it in, which they had notdone.
George SWell for one I had the uhaul 10 foot box truck reserved for 9 am til 11 am and the guy never got to Jax where I picked up the uhaul from til 930 am and then cut me down on the usage of the truck so by time I got all the computer stuff done with him and him having me sign the paper and him trying to locate the truck I never got my two hours in I only got about an hour with the truck . I don’t think that’s fair at all and I shouldn’t be charged for it bc me and my wife both were there before 9 am waiting for the guy to get there so that we could get the uhaul
Billyjoe MI reserved pick up of a 15 foot truck for 9am, no one was there until almost 9:30. I was given a key and told to take a specific truck. The agent immediately left (drove away from) the facility without inspecting the truck and there was no one else there. The fuel gauge shown on contract was not correct and was off considerably. The bay of the truck was full of used cat litter and was disgusting. I had to sweep and hose it out before it could be used since it smelled terribly of cat urine. I returned the keys to the drop box and was charged excessively for fuel because of the incorrect beginning fuel reading.
Philip CThere’s no signage or desk to check in. Just some guys walking around an empty show room that had to seek out and ask what to do with the trailer. Nobody looked at trailer when I dropped off. Had to wait until later to get automated receipt of drop off.

Anita CVery good customer service. The cab was not swept out, had leaves but I consider that a minor problem. When I returned it, it was cleaner than when I received it. Again, the customer service was excellent, answered all my questions. Would use UHaul again and would recommend it to others.
Larry CI was over charged for a one way rental and I can't get answers from anyone or a refund. I was charged for a late drop off but I only had the rental for a total of 3 1/2 hours I was also charged twice for the insurance, and was charged more for the milage then I was told I'd be charged when I called to reserve the rental. I've called the drop off location and was told they can't do anything for me. Very disappointed I will continue to call and complain until I get my refund.
Dawn SThis is second time the UHaul app to turn the trailer in did not work. Started chat with UHaul and UHaul rep disconnected. Dealer location was great. UHaul app was not.

Marty LThis is an operating systems suggestion, nothing negative here about the people we interacted with. While we contacted many, all people involved were super helpful and kind. The email receipt system took too much time. It was supposed to arrive in a few minutes. The system should provide either a printed receipt or at least have the return email and receipt come directly to lessee when the trailer is returned. We returned the trailer at 5:45PM and didn't get our return confirmation email until the next day mid afternoon, and we had checked online, researched the process, made 2 calls to UHaul, 2 calls to Sean Smith at JAX's, and received help from Edward DeGroot where we originally leased the trailer. For peace of mind, when tied to a credit card, it needs to be provided before leaving the return site. Thanks, E

DAN NPoor computer reception led to delay in appointment. No hitches available to rent/buy lef to another hour delay. Liked the personnel there. Seemed honest and accommodating

LAWRENCE Bi had a wonderful experience people were friendly even though there were complications with the computer every thing went smoothly and i was able to get to my craft show and i would definitely use u haul again thankyou for a positive outcome.
cheryl sI chose to have in person pickup but when I went to pick up the van nobody was there and building was locked. It too 30 minutes to get a hold of an actual person on the phone to help me. Key lock box wouldn’t open with code on the first 6 tries, then the dollie I reserved was not in the van I had to drive 13 minutes to another location to pick one up! The whole thing took 1 and 1/2 hours! Ridiculous! I should be reimbursed for the extra mileage I put in the van to get the dollie that should have been in the van. In person pick up should always be an option and if you say it is, then the place should be open. Apparently the person who works at the site was on vacation according to someone who worked in garage close by. In the reservation confirmation email, people should be told that what they have to do in order to get the keys and ckeckin. I went in the morning at 8 am not knowing the process I would need to go through I. Order yo get the keys! If this inconvenience happens to your customers there should be a percentage of reimbursement of cost to the customer for their inconvenience and your lack of service.

Timothy OThe truck was hard to drive. The wheel had to be turned about 45 degrees for it to drive straight. Got charged for a dolly I did not use either.
Jason HThe app itself had issues, got an error message saying the app had an issue on their end. Eventually it worked but it put me a bit behind schedule.

Jean FI did not get my furniture pads that I paid for and the return process took 20 min sites because of the bugs in your system. Neither of these issues is ok….
Dwayne HMy comments aren't in reference to Jax, but in regards to the non-personalized service in general. When I walk into a place of business for assistance or answers, I don't expect to be given a phone number or referred to a website. I expect the service representative to make contact with the returning point, or check to see if movers are available. Customer service was worthless. Also, when on hold and listening to the Uhaul speel, it mentioned to not forget to ask for this documentation and that documentation, as it was important. If that's the case, why isn't the information just automatically given? I shouldn't have to ask for it. The customer service sucks. You asked.
