They did not have anything ready and I had to wait over a hour for her to arrive. Also when I picked up the vehicle it had half a tank of gas but the paperwork said 5/8 so when I returned my vehicle I was charged 30 dollars for gas that was not even in the vehicle

This family owned business allowed me to make the connections to the trailer under a covered shed ... I strongly recommend them to be the premier pickup or drop off site in Birmingham, AL ... Kent 214-264-3912

After original booking location in Birmingham, AL my resurvation was changed 2 more times and final booked at the 9th street north location. I tried to call them on the # provided but could never get thru. After 2 attempts I called one of the other locations and they said that they would call the regional manager to get ahold of the 9th street manager so someone could help me. I am sitting at the location and finally get a call from the managers. It is now an hour past their opening time. she apologized and said she would be there in 10 to 15 minutes later. 45 minutes later she arrived. We went to the back of her building to hook up the trailer. It was so heavy that she and I had a hard time moving it. Finally a helper arrived and was able to help me lift the tongue and mount it on my hitch. We then met inside a motorcycle shop with two pitt bulls in cages barking their heads off. We discussed all the problems that I had that morning with all the changes and her not being there when they were suppose to be open. I insisted that I not be charged for all the inconvenience that I had gone thru that morning. She promised that I would not be charged. I was not in a very good mood after this experience and honestly don't know if I will ever use UHaul again. Mike Francis

I was charged for Save Move, when I specifically said no to insurance. The lady said that it was just a hold on my card in case I drove over the miles and that it would be returned. I just came back from Houston and had a chance to review to find instead I was charged for safe move. The truck was clean but itself was pretty horrible, at 138k miles it shook violently even at low speed and everything inside rattled, including my head. The breaks started squeaking consistently by the end of the trip.

Location is not well marked, minimal parking, poor security. Site provided a larger trailer than on the order.

Didn't actually meet the personnel at the drop off location. The area that it was in was not very inviting. I was in a rush to sweep the truck out upon arrival because it was a very unsafe area and gave me an uneasy feeling.

The folks at Busabikes and Cars were very helpful in getting the rental paperwork and other information taken care of. They actually waited after their closing time for us to arrive to pick up the rental! Great customer service!

The lady came in to help me get an item that was left in the vehicle. The shop was closed on Sunday, yet she came from home and helped us out.

I have already called and made a formal compliant. This was the worst service ever! The establishment was not a professional environment. There were dogs inside and one of the animals was not in a cage. The owner asked me to come inside of the office and close the door so the dog would not get out. The building smelled like smoke. I was so uncomfortable! I really would like some sort of refund for the very unpleasant exeperience.

It was a terrible experience from dogs running loose.I was over charged . I caught a $45 Error.the attendant had left the store when I returned the truck..DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS LOCATION

The u-Haul company charge my credit card twice n said that i had went 120 something miles n had the truck for one hour. It sad that i got to fight tooth n nail to get my money back. Other than that it ok. Will b calling back n 72 hours to get my money from the company.

Very unsafe area. Didn't feel like I could leave the truck. It was hard to find and I couldn't find the key drop box.
