The truck had no dash light, interior windshield was filthy and exterior mirrors shook so violently they served no purpose while driving. The worst u-haul that I’ve ever driven!

They are not set up for 24/7 pickup, you must pickup during business hours. The website shows they are 24/7. They called and squared everything away, however.

Make sure mileage is correct on UHaul before charging customers. I prepaid for 50 miles one way. The location I moved from is exactly 20.9 miles from the new location I moved to. It is 9 miles from the new location in Campbellsville and 14 from the old location, that is 43.9 miles and when I returned the Uhaul I was charged an additional $14 for going over the 50 miles which can’t be right. I should have been credited money back not charged IMO. You can google the addresses from one location to the other plus the mileage used to pick up and return the Uhaul. It doesn’t add up by a map.

At least have someone behind the counter that knows their job and can assist customers in the way customers should be handled, the girl didn't know anything about anything and was just there to run her tanning salon and she was not knowledgeable on how to even hook it up , seriously someone needs to teach this girl from the beginning to the end on her job! This place needs help .

I rented a auto transport trailer to bring home a jeep i had purchased out of state. Great service at rental center. Only issue was had to spray some wd-40 on ratchet straps to get broken loose to tighten. Trailer handled great.

What needs to be reviewed here is the lack of communication between uhaul and the businesses that rent uhauls. I requested a particular van 3times with websight that showed no availability when the store had them. Then websight told a store had what I wanted but they didnt. Ridiculous... If I were a location renting uhauls, I'd drop you like the NRA!!!

Was sick and asked friends to take it back the lady working didn’t even try to find my info so they had to come back and get me to take it down there. Then I ended up having to call the 800 to finish turning it in

Tell the customer how much it is gonna be when I return it a couple hours late not fair to be charged a whole day. I told the lady ahead of time we would be a little late and she did t tell us. Also I told her we would pay in cashes when returned but they charged my card before I got there.

Hours on Saturday are until 3:45 p.m. I got there at 3:45 and they were locking the doors. Did not try to speak to me and just left. I left the truck there in perfect condition and put the keys in the proper box.

The only thing that I can say is: I really would like to see the x number of free miles come back into existence. I spent more money for miles than for the actual use of the truck and I only drove 36 miles. That would help customers out a lot. I have used uhaul a lot and I remember when there was free miles. I believe it was the first 100 , we'll make it 50 or even 25 would truly help. Just my opinion probably but I am positive a lot of people would agree. Thanks

Truck was very dirty! There were cigarette burns and also a tire was slack when we got it because it had a nail in it! Trucks need to be checked better and cleaned!

1. They could not find my reservation 2. They did not have the furniture pads I reserved 3. They did not have the towing adapter I bought online 4. They could not find that they owed me a towing adapter 5. Seemed inconvenienced to have to deal with me as a customer.

I would not recommend this location to a friend because they do not notify you of all the policies it was a scam. They also charged me for an extra day I turned in the uhaul at 5:58pm and had to have it back before 7pm they still charged me for the next day. The woman that runs the counter was nice the day I rented it and was hateful the day I returned it. Poor customer service. Don't go here unless you want to pay as much as a mortgage would cost you its a scam

My wife and myself are in our 60's. We ask about someone to hook up the trailer and show us, we were told go out to the trailer your self we do not do that. We both pulled our backs trying to connect, after getting it to our destination we found it the brake away not connected.

When a customer reserves the truck online with a credit card, they should not have to show that credit card when the pick up the truck. Especially when it is a business that is reserving the truck. The owner's of my company live about 2 hours from me and they reserve the truck and I pick it up. It is very inconvenient to have to call them each time to get their credit card #.
