Uhaul web site gave me a quote of 75 dollars. But when I picked up trailer my receipt said charge was over 115 dollars. But not as I have returned trailer the latest receipt says 75. Why the confusión?

paul hMy original reservation was for St. Albans, WV but they did not have the car transport when I arrived. Seeing that I was headed north to pick up my car, I found this location. The Burnsville location was out of my way and an inconvenience.

ALAN RWas not pleased when I booked and paid online and had received 4 days equipment rental, but a day was removed at the location, even though I could prove I was given 4 days!!! Need to fix that!!
David HAll of my issues were with the TRUCK itself (the gate got stuck delaying half my day), the online apps and support call (they were slow and unresponsive - when they started 'texting me' it seemed more helpful), and the app for scanning (taking photos of the ID) and confirming the return (I got kicked out midway through like four times and had to start over IN THE RAIN).

PAUL MThis place is a dump ! Had to unload the trailer by myself . Guy never said a word then they try to charge me for a broken fender that was like that when I picked it up

Jason YAgent was not at shop for opening and scheduled pick up time. Trailer lights were broken and license plate was missing.
William HThe only problem I had is when I started up the interstate the water poured from somewhere around the windshield and soaked the front of my pants. Wasn't to happy about that.
