I was unable to pick the uhaul truck up at 10am Saturday, due to a glitch in your system, as it said you couldn't access my location. I tried several times, and nothing, I called the contact number provided and was on hold for 57 minutes before finally getting to speak to a representative. (TAMERIA) This very nice lady tried to help me, and finally was able to get approval so I could pick up the rental uhaul van... Anyway about 2 and a half hours later I finally got the uhaul. I inquired about keeping the uhaul an extra day or all week. And was told it would just be .99 cents a mile, no mention of the extra $39.95 per day.... By the time I was able to get the uhaul all of my hired help done left. I was not able to get any of our big items moved, because I had no help... No refrigerator washer, dryer, dressers chests, beds, fireplace or Televisions, because I had no help once I was finally able to pick up the rental.... can I please waive the two extra days you charged me for. If so I will again rent the uhaul again this weekend so I can move the large items. If not I will go elsewhere for a truck rental.. The location was messy but guy was nice. Uhaul general customer service (800 number) was beyond terrible!! I'll shop elsewhere for our upcoming move. To be clear, this had nothing to do with the pickup location though.MATT B.

Picking up the U-Haul was very difficult. The online part would not work and I called in to get help and got transferred 5 times where 3 of those times my call got cut off so I had to call back. Finally I got someone that could and would help me do it over the phone. I probably will not rent again because of how difficult it was to pick it up and no one was helping me when I called in. the online registration just flat out did not work. It was a holiday and fortuately the business owner came in and took care of me. I was paying three movers to stand around while I waited 2 hours to get the truck. In the process U Haul committed to give a $50. refund that I never did get. The whole experience was awful and stressful.John H.
