It was quick and simple to drop off the truck. Plus since it was a gas station I was able to fill it back up to the level I needed right as I dropped it off which was very convenient.

Have longer hours, e.g. from 9 am - 6 pm on weekdays and Sat and be open on Sunday at least till 4 pm

they didnt register the user before me so i was charged 300 more miles on my order. Had to takeoff owkr so even when they fixed the rice i lost money tryingto fix . their mistake

No problems at all. The truck I requested was ready when I showed up. I had to return after closing hours, but that was not a problem for them. All went smoothly.

The return instructions were to be careful not to block anything but there was only one space I could fit the truck. It might have blocked another uhaul which was sort of tucked around the back of the building but it looked like that one was tucked behind because no one was planning to pick it up. But it was something uncertain in the drop off process. It’s always nice to drop off where the location is also a gas station though so that’s a plus.

Your online pickup process needs improvement. Not user friendly as the app claims. We got emails to pick up in Burlington(our requested location), then Wilmington bc the truck wasn't available in Burl. but we were physically at the Burlington location and the truck was there and available. The owner of the Citgo Burlington was extremely helpful and facilitated the process for us. It all ended up great in the end but that confusion gave us A LOT of unnecessary stress.

Nice and accommodating person but there was hardly and space in this gas station that doubled as a u haul delivery place. Had to park my uhaul in a VERY tight spot. Wouldn’t be my preferred location in future

The service here was excellent, the employees really nice and helpful. The only thing was that the Uhaul that I was given had only half a tank of gas and the owner didnt catch that until another employee had inputted into the computer that it was 3/4 tank. The owner of the gas station said to call him if I got charged for gas not being returned at 3/4. Unfortunately, I was charged $33+ for the gas. I called the place explaining what happened, still waiting for a response.

The only issue was UHaul put my account on hold and never notified me. It was an easy fix and something that should have been taken care of on your end. Wasn't a problem but delayed the PU a bit. Burlington Citgo was a very pleasant experience, very professional and caring. Would highly recommend PU at Burlington Citgo.

When I got to the rental location I found out that U-Haul had rented the same vehicle to three people and there was only one van available I got lucky because the guy who was ahead of me had stepped out because we all were waiting for half an hour just to rent the damn van. But the Fact that you haul would actually rent the same vehicle to multiple customers is completely ridiculous and I will never rent from U-Haul again. The fact that the people at the gas station were so nonchalant about it infuriated me. Seriously, you guys are very messed up and disorganized. Bad company.

Made an appt... was sent to a completely different place, called and they didnt have the truck I needed, was sent to another placed which was 15 miles from my destination. Went to destination and they told me I couldnt drop it off at a location near me. They charged me 30 dollars for the first 30 Miles which I wasted picking up and dropping off the truck. Was told over the phone that I didnt have to pay more for an upgraded truck since it was 15 miles away and I was charged full price for it. Waited over 40 minutes to be able to get the truck. Horrible experiance...

When I arrived at the pick-up location, I was told that there was a mistake and that my van was not at the site. Then, 10 minutes later I was told that they were wrong, I could take the van. I returned my keys at the end of the day and then received a call a few days later saying no one had checked in the van and they would have to charge me for another days use despite my having already returned the van. U-Haul was able to track down the van the next morning (it had never been checked in) and things were straightened out, but there was a lot of additional stress and phone calls because of this mistake.There doesn't appear to be a very good organizational system set-up at this pick-up location for U-Haul pick-ups and check-ins. I was disappointed and frustrated with my service.

Timely / prompt service. This is a gas station who is also doing U Haul business on side. So wait time to get service is higher as people who work there are multitasking . There are no signs outside about this location is U Haul location.

The computer system is not working well, so I need to wait in the store for additional 45 minutes even I already did express-check in.

Mechanically the vehicle was in great shape, only 11k miles. I would have expected the inside to be cleaner and smell better. In fact it looked as though the dashboard area and seats had never been cleaned. Despite the lack of cleanliness the vehicle/pickup and drop off worked out well.

the person at the CITGO said "what do you want" looking at me like I was looking for something wrong: she was street like and impolite and never introduced her as the person working the front desk. Then she told me no one was available and could not tell me when there would be someone. I gave her my number and waited for her call . she never called so after one hour I called UHAull 800 number and they called and then I went back to the CITGO and again she said no one was there: There were 2 women also waiting by the gas station no one was helping them so I went to speak to them and asked them how they were doing. They said they were to pick up a Uhaul and did not know what to do: I asked them how long they waited: they said 15 min. then I told the lady why cant she help them . Then the lady asked them for a number and they gave it to her then she gave the truck's key to them. I waited another 30 min and the guy Naser finally helped me. He said he has to work and this is not what he has time to do when he works and that is why i had to wait.

The location was very helpful but the overall experience was a nightmare. After confirming my reservation the day before (email wording said truck was "scheduled and guaranteed"), I was informed two hours before my pickup that there was no truck for me. I drove all over eastern Massachusetts and spent a very long time on the phone with four different local and regional Uhaul representatives before they were able to fulfill my reservation. The attitude of everyone I spoke to was that there wasn't much they could do and it wasn't Uhaul's fault. Then, after finally getting my truck, they mixed up the timeline of our reservation. We had originally scheduled a 48 hour reservation but they made it a twelve hour reservation when we picked it up, without mentioning the change, so this morning I got a call saying that the truck was late. The whole experience has been extremely stressful and frustrating.

Kent at the Waltham, MA location was VERY helpful after my specified pickup location (Waltham) fell through and I was rerouted to a Brighton, MA pickup with less than 24 hours notice. The personnel at Brighton were rude, unhelpful and uncooperative.

The people were generally nice (albeit overworked - they might have been having a busy day). When I arrived at my scheduled time the lady behind the gas station counter said the "UHaul rep" was out and could I come back in 30 mins, which was inconvenient for me but I did. When I came back, I had to wait another 30 mins to get the van. The UHaul computer is in the gas station's service area. I was trying to make a pick-up over lunch so this setback cost me an hour of time that was unexpected. The van was clean and worked fine -- I just wish they had the staff to release the van to me on-time instead of an hour later. Maybe they can train the cashier to help in the future because the location is convenient.

I dont think the quoted charges were correct, as the total was much higher...for example. the mileage over the basic 240 was .59, not .29 as quoted. we extended 2days, but it ran higher than quoted.
