I was missing my Dolly and was charged for it now I have no way of contacting you to get my refund for equipment I paid for but never received and then was told at the pick up location “Oh we don't have any dolly's†when I needed it to move and it was last minute and a huge inconvenience

Amanda C.Be upfront about any additional fees possibly accrued due to not having the truck returned at the specific time to alleviate confusion & unjust fees. I was under the guise I could contact Haul ahead of time for assistance, received none, & was later charged an additional $40 for a $20 truck - not including the request to ensure the gas is full prior to returning. I can't say if this issue is on uhaul as a company or on the provider but the provider should inform guests at the time of pickup so these qualms can be avoided.

ALEXANDEREMMANUE G.U-Haul service in a food establishment is tacky. Someone should type in the "aka" to let people know that the business name listed is not the business name of the location to pick up. The pick up was way too long of a process for signing in for a check in online only to have to wait for someone and wait for the same information to be entered when picking up.
