It was great to book last minute but my god was it a lot of work to pick up and return with the online mobile service. Older generations would NOT be able to figure that out; took me 20 minutes to do both (i have a career in technology so I'm 10/10 good at it and it still took me that long lol). Didn't have my phone on me when i returned it which was my own mistake; used my boyfriends phone. But still my god. Great vehicle, great service, but for the price you pay at the end and the hassle involved idk if i would do it again. Just being honest. Thankyou!

Great staff! Helpful, professional and friendly. I have rented from this location many times and I always enjoy the experience. Such a shame to see one other review make a baseless accusation of racism. Some people will hide behind anything rather than face their own faults.

Please fix your mobile verification process. If it was not for the Uhaul store person to come to his store on a Sunday and get me going I would have cancelled my truck reservation and took my business elsewhere. After nearly an hour on both your mobile platform trying to get the photos needed for verification (which did not upload by the way which is why I switched to using your website) and using the website to verify (which your system hung up the call when your staff called to verify my identity and them asking me for more alternate people to contact when my contacts clearly answered the calls). This mobile pick up service was horrible. Nearly took me an hour after my start time and it took the store person to process my stuff and get me on my way in 10 minutes. I give the store person who came in my respect for coming to his store on a sunday and getting me on my way.

The fellow running the location was very polite and respectful. When I was there the location seemed a bit busy. There were quite a few people waiting around for different things and only 1 guy to run it. Office and equipment were very clean and organized. Nice chap

Oil light was on - Manager explained that the oil needed to be changed but not to worry during our rental. I was OK with this. You would have thought that a vehicle would be clean and sanitary on check-out, especially during Covid-19. This van was filthy and unsanitary. Dashboard, steering/controls and rear storage was filthy. I was moving my Mother and I had to clean the van from front to back in order to ensure we were all safe. This took quite some time (over an hour) before even getting started with moving which was discouraging. Whatever U-Haul charges for a cleaning fee I would expect as compensation. The management was very professional and courteous and had an effective check-in/check-out process during Covid-19.

Incredibly inconvenient. Needed multiple phone references after the rental had already been approved? Waited an hour at the location for a secondary approval before we could confirm the rental. Was over charged on km and have been having a ton of difficulty getting through to anyone, even though I've been notified someone would contact me. Still waiting on a refund and solution. Very unclear and not happy with the service.

My issue isn't with the Burger Park location. My issue is that I ordered a trailer in St. Catharines and when I showed up to get the trailer...discovered that it was in another town 30 minutes away. When you order something in advance to be at a location...it should be U-Haul's responsibility to have it there. When I was rerouted to the new location, I was told that I needed to be there by a certain time. When I showed up well in advance, there was no one there and when I called the number, I was told that it would be 3 hours before someone would be there. It was all unacceptable.

The new sign-out process takes a lot of time. I could have taken pictures of myself and my driver's licence ahead of time, there is room for improvement in this area.

If your company is encouraging clients to pre register to save time why isn't there a line for those of us who do that? If people in front of me haven't pre registered I'm no further ahead. My appointment was for 10am. I got to the location at 9:55am. I waited until 10:30am. A woman client arrived at 10:15 for her 9:00am appointment and I was told I'd have to wait for her to be taken care of first even though she was 1.5 hours late for her appointment. Our rental was being used to move goods from one of our businesses to another. We won't be using Uhaul again if they don't put protocols in place for people trying to limit their time in an establishment.

I used the uhaul app for this reservation. When I got to the location i tried three times taking a photo of myself and the app never accepted it therefore the lady working at the desk got me setup the old way to get me on my way. I returned and it was later in the day when the location was closed. Once again I tried using the app as I was instructed to do so. It says to take a picture of the mileage and fuel level, so I did. After taking seven photos, it seemed like it would not accept so I locked the truck and placed the keys in the designated lock box. The app needs refinement, I was not impressed. The truck was great but not the app.

I was not happy with the pick up process, I booked over the phone was told I could pick up after 8:30 when I showed up I had to wait for well over an hour to be served. Was told I had a 10 am Time slot. I offered to leave and come back but was told to wait. When I recieved am e mail before picking up you asked me to fill Out the forms online so the process time would be cut in half. I use u hall frequently but this weekend was Very frustrating,

The owner recognized me at sight and had the pickup I reserved ready for me. The office was setup to respect the COVID-19 guidelines here in Ontario. The clerk that completed the paperwork was pleasant and thorough. Overall, i had very good experience.

Well, you could maybe not charge $60 for gas for a 6 km trip. The tank meter did not move from when I got the truck, yet I'm being charged to fill the tank. The tank that was not full when I got it.

The man we dealt with at this location was great. We had issues with the online pick-up (which is a disaster and a huge waste of time on what is usually a very busy day). Waiting to talk to someone online was one of the most annoying experiences in recent memory and we were very fortunate that there was a staff member there to assist us with an override. I will never use mobile pick-up again and I would certainly never recommend it to anyone else.

THE U-HAUL APP pick up process was A BIG pain in the backside, didn't work properly. Took about 45 mins to get keys. Initial reservation booking handled professionally and when I needed to call the local help line when having an issue with the APP pick up process, it was handled very professionally and immediately by the man who answered . I would rather deal with people in the future . Truck nice and clean tho, same Thing with lot.

Coordinate pickup appointment times with store opening hours. I arrived a few minutes late, only to find the store closed. It was only because the operator was outside doing other work that I was able to pick up the trailer later.

I was scheduled to drop off at Hasty market bc itd be 24 hr and I could get deposit back but they called me and told me to take it to this location instead where there was no one there, despite them saying its serviced all night, and now have to wait for a check for my depsit back. When i dropped off and called them they were annoyed and hard to understand and i couldnt do the online return bc it wasnt the registered location. Made me VERY uncomfortable leaving the truck there

I did call twice to change the size of the truck and still got the original size truck which was too big for the new location. I was assured both times it would be the smaller truck . I spoke with someone that night who said they would have someone contact me and I am still waiting
