Computer system needs to be fixed, I waited one hour to have my rental processed. Way to long!!!!!!

The Rental Pick-Up Location was fine. The poor Customer Service Experience was receiving an alternate location and having to spend an hour on the phone trying to make alternate arrangements. Not ok

First The process, of trying to use Your website was a nightmare, on my 6th attempt of inputting my licence expiry date, I almost Just gave up altogether. So over 35min to TRY, to fill out forms. But the Site itself just kept kicking my info out and then would come back up, with all info again Deleted. Finally leave to get the truck, Get to the location, and Yet again, over 35-40min before we where able to leave, Because of the Website, Not working properly. Finally get all my info entered, which I just did at home, so NOT SURE why we had to repeat it all, anyhow, get to the truck and spend 10min taking photos of all the Knicks, Scratches and dents, not previously marked with an X, fine, take more photos of the odometer the gas ect. Great, Finally think I'm ready to go, and this process was anything but quick and easy, to get a notification saying, please wait while you are approved!! This took over 15minutes!! So Again sitting and wasting time, finally girl answers and It's Sorry our computers are slow/down. Finally able to leave. We where under the impression all trucks have a Ramp!! NOPE NOT THIS ONE. NOW the inside of the truck was anything but clean, and Not knowing if the company knew how it was left, I spent over 30min to wipe the truck down, other people's envelopes, definitely had Not been shop Vac'd or vaccumed anytime in the past few uses, so an entire container of lysol wipes later, we Left it MUCH cleaner then when we got it. Now I really didn't care about the dirty floors, console/doors ect. It is a moving truck. But I also didn't want to get nailed for a cleaning service, so I and my partner swept out both the back of truck, and the front cab of truck. Just incase, they where Not aware how it came, Go to take the truck back, we where 15mins early. We thought it was Our phone that was messing up data and this is why we couldn't access the site, however.... it was the site itself, our Phone blocked it as a NON SAFE SITE. after agreeing that, it was unsafe and clicking take us there anyhow, The site WOULD NOT LOAD. i again called in, sat on hold for approx 15min, to then speak with someone who said they could not help us. But put me threw to someone who could help. But she did not help, and was Rude, and condescending. Telling me it's my choice to leave the truck, and Key in drop box, but that I will be charged $20 for not signing the truck back in threw Internet. THANK FULLY A super Nice gentleman whom I think worked there or was the manager, told us it was Ok. He would take care of everything!! He was my ONLY SAVING Grace. After sitting there in the wind on hold Yet again, and being super frustrated. I will Recommend this Location Strictly because of this gentleman and his ability to help us out. Your online process has a lot Of errors and Kinks to work out, The BIGGEST being YOUR WEBSITE portal. I deal with online merchants all the time, and have never had this many problems!!

I have a uhaul right down the street from me.but would never consider using it. Owner has a nasty attitude. Burgar park has amazing service and I have rented from them on many occasions,always getting the same service.

The only negative feedback I have is when we picked up the truck the gas level was only 1/2 full. We ended up filling it up which cost us $72 as we did not want to chance getting stuck on the QEW because we ran out of gas. I have submitted the receipt to 839003_AFM@uhaul.com hoping to get reimbursed for this.

NOTHING !!!! called 2 other locations and was shocked at the poor service and lack of knowledge of products. Ron was hands down the best u-haul person I've ever delt with, I will now travel 20 minutes to his location, for all my future business

we called to reserve the pick up truck for Thursday at noon but I got called into work so we couldn't pick up until after 7pm called the store and they said they would send us the info for the 24hr pick up and to follow the email the email said to go to beamsville to pick up the truck so we went there and there was no truck called the 1800 number and they told us to go to welland and pick it up there we get there and the reservation number doesn't work called the 1800 again they give us a new reservation number that worked but it didn't tell us were the keys were called the 1800 again and they say the reservation was for a truck in Hamilton and was for only 4hrs and that the truck in welland was no longer available but we could reserve it for the next morning so we did we went to pick it up the store complained that we didn't pick it up on Thursday and wouldn't let us rent it without the optional insurance that we didn't want cause my credit card and our car insurance covers rentals then when we returned it on Sunday they were closed sonu went in on monday and they complained about the kms saying we put on to many I pains the difference and then on 5hursday I get an email saying i still have an outstanding balance call customer service to say I already paid 5hey looked it up and said i was right. this will be the last uhaul that I get
