Frank DStaff is friendly. Awesome service. They did my paperwork and hooked up my trailer quickly. I was on my way in less than 15 minutes. Drop off was just as fast. I would use this location again. Highly recommend.

Jennifer GDid not step inside, was a contactless drop off, parking lot was a little rough - notification of drop off came after I received notification that it was past due despite dropping off on time.
Brian CI had to cancel my initial reservation via the app because the trailer wasn't available at the original location. A U-Haul agent called me to change to a different location that was significantly further. I had to create a new reservation via the app which then allowed me to choose Burdges which was closer than the agent's suggested location.
david bI was overcharged for this rental. I did two days, you charged me for four. Need to clean up your billing processes. Double charging me overdrew my checking account. Not satisfied!

MARY KKeep doing what you're doing. As for me, you can give me a lower mileage rate. Thankfully it wasn't that far that I went this time but, there's been times I've put miles on the vehicle. I have corporate accounts with Budget/Avis, Ryder, Penske and Enterprise. I actually traveled 10 miles further to this location, as there's one closer to me. From past rentals, I've been very satisfied here. Stephanie is a pleasure to work with.
