The location and people were friendly and professional. However Uhau corporate seems to nickel and dime you to death. Theres an extra charge for everything. The contract papers are loaded with fine print that probably should be taken to a lawyer to interpret. It was scary signing those papers because i didnt know what i was signing.

The reservation was set for the wrong month, then I had to call around and get it straight. then was told on a call to pick up my rental by 11, due to them closing early, even though I didn't need it till Thursday morning, was picking it up at 5 pm, but was told to pick up early and it wont affect the price, I was charged for a extra day due to the fact that I picked it up early, your customer service cant get the logistic that your customer service told me to pick it up early, and now since I picked it up early, it's my fault. No communicate between reps. Very bad service.
