Fix your website it wouldnt allow me to return the truck and your call center was no help put me on hold for 30 mins I ended up just dropping the keys in the box very shitty website

Initially the trucks look clean and well maintained. Then once I began deeper inspection I noticed a small goose egg on the left front tire. No one seemed concerned so I took the truck as I was in desperate need. I loaded the truck after my mothers funeral and headed from Louisville Ky Back to Columbus Ohio in the dark on I-71. When I couldn't get the driver door to close completely I used a bungee to hold it. But it still rattles and air rushes in. Then the transmission shifts in and out of gear at 63-67 mph. But when I was at the bottom of a hill on I 71 and the front left tire (remember the goose egg) exploded throwing me into the path a a full size semi, I was glad I had Emergency Vehicle Operators Training Certification to control it and get it safely off the road.

The truck needs to be taken off the road. It is dangerous and not in good road condition. I filed a complaint with uhaul customer service yesterday.

Miscommunication with the location's representative lead to stressful search for another truck at a different location; they ended up having the truck returned to them anyway. Prior to returning the truck, I stopped for gas to return the fuel level to where it was before I received the truck and they still charged me $6.80 for fuel unnecessarily; I dont understand that.

No dolly was given to ne but was charged for it. Had to drive across town to locate a dolly myself from another uhaul corporate store. Got charged extra miles that I would not have had to use had I not have had to drive extra. Was told i was not going to get charged the extra miles. Never will use again

The back door wouldn't open/. I took it back. It is an expensoive lesson. At this point UHaul is on my no use/no recomment list to anybody.

Chris at this location was very friendly. The only problem was he did not try to upsell. I needed an appliance dolly and furniture paddle but I forgot them. If he had tried to upsell I would have spent more money which would have made uhaul more money and it would have been a blessing for me.

LF Tire on truck was very out of balance until you got at least 60 miles on it and it was warmed up. Brake system light came on at first on the second day I drove the truck. Sounds like an issue with the hydra boost brake system.

I rented a 26ft uhaul, got a voicemail that said to call uhaul, I called back and confirmed my reservation for a 26ft uhaul at this location on the date I got there. When I get there all they got is 15ft. I called the number and was told sorry but that is it. I had 4 people coming to help me and instead of getting everything in 1 trip we had to make several. I am VERY upset with the mix up, bit more upset with the cistomer service after the fact. They did nothing to try to help or make things right.

They do not supplies such as tie down rope which was a disappointment. However they said they are renovating their build g to offer in the future. Staff was courteous.

They dont tell you that the upfront payment is only half of what you will have to pay. You have to pay $.69 a mile as well. Not worth the money.

While they were being very nice by cleaning out the uhaul from the last use I waited an hour past my pick up time for them to clean the uhaul. It should have been done before I even arrived.

Very friendly, very welcoming. The online reservation went very well. My rental truck was ready, warming up when I arrived. The pick up went very well. Then, when I returned it, again very good. They checked mileage, figured final costs and checked me out in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Chris and the Shepherdsville location.

When we got home we noticed the right strap was completely off the right tire but the left one was the way I had them from the night before. When we took it to the drop off the gentleman checking us in noted the straps were in horrible condition. On both wheels the rear straps were halfway torn and he said the car dolly should never have been rented without those straps being replaced. I guess we were lucky we made it home with the car.

There should be an 800 number to call for late drop offs. I don't have a smart phone, I have a flip phone. If my wife wouldn't have been with me at the drop off I am not sure what I would have done.
