Make sure truck is where u say it will be! There was broken glass in back of truck! I was told I got $60.00 off at first, then was told I got 50 extra miles where I actually picked it up, then I was told I didn't need to drop it off until Monday or Tuesday which no one told me. I was also told that extra day were free from drop off location but when I originally booked the truck the U-Haul rep said it was 40.00/day extra.. I am very dissatisfied..

This location was an hour out of my way. The man working was very respectful, quick, and allowed me to borrow an adapter. I did not want to return the uhaul to this location since it was so far away but was told I needed too

Buffalo Motor was not the problem. Mike was excellent to work with. The problem I had was with u-haul on line booking. I reserved a trailer on line. To pick up in Eau Claire Wisconsin on morning of 5/18/19 Got to the store and I had no trailer on reserve for me at that location. They look into and found my reservation was moved to a different location to pick up a trailer. 40 miles away. And they would not give me a different trailer or truck to use or go get the trailer from that other location. I wasted my time and gas to fix somebody's screw up I will not rent trailer from u-haul again and I will be telling my family and friends about what took place. Todd Roth

The issue was not the fault of the shop by any stretch. However, because UHaul changed my reservation, I had to go 30 minutes away from home to pick up the size of truck that I had reserved. The shop that had the truck didn't have the furniture pads so those had to be picked up locally (a separate/additional errand). The truck was at a shop in a small town where we had difficulty with both cell and internet service. Because the shop had adjusted their hours for the day, we needed to use the 24/7 self-checkout feature. Not a problem, except that your phone is required and as previously stated we had very spotty usage due to the location. Also, we were not informed that the status of the order could not be changed (ie: you cannot self-check the vehicle out) if you were late. We were 10 minutes late, therefore it was impossible (in addition to the spotty internet access) to do the self-checkout. I had to do everything over the phone. I was told at that time that I would have had to wait until the office was open in my area in order to change the status and check the vehicle out. It would have been helpful to have this information prior to going about picking up my equipment. However, all of the hassle was primarily due to UHaul changing my equipment and I had made my reservation.

The inside of the trailer needed to be swept out as I was moving nicer furniture. There was a set of wires to a side marker light that were contacting one of the tires which I noticed when gassing up my truck. Luckily I had some electrical tape to make a temporary repair.

I not happy w uhaul company themselves! Feel as though I was overcharged mileage, etc. When I call, I always wait over ten mins and get no where. I want a mánager or an owner to call me asap! Call me or my attorney will be getting a hold of you...

Uhaul called the day before pickup and changed locations on us to 20 miles away. Instead of them moving the truck and trailer to our desired location, we had to go pick it up. The truck we picked up got us to where we needed to go but sounded like it would break down at any moment. Don't think uhaul ever checked it.

Not make someone drive an hour to pick it up when the rental is so expensive. Also clearer communication about the phone process to pick up would be nice. I didn't know I had to do all of that before I got there. I also spent an hour on the phone with uhaul trying to get the process going so I could get the keys.

It's good to have the small town guy able to provide U-Haul services, but there are limits to hours, service, etc. Self Check-in was a rough experience with limited cell service. Customer service, however was very helpful and saved the day!

Here is what U Haul needs to do to improve customer service. When a customer reserves any U haul equipment at a certain location, make sure that location has what your customer is looking for, and it not, tell your customer that and see if there is another alternative that will work. Don't wait until the day before to spring it on your customer that they have to go 30 miles out of their way to get their U Haul equipment and waste over an hour of your customers time. I am in the service industry and would never think of telling one of my customers they had to drive to another location to get heir product. I would have it at my facility for them. I will never use U Haul again because of my experience and I will sure as hell tell as many people as I can. This has nothing to reflect on Buffalo Motors. He was great in the rain

We were supposed to pick the vehicle up in LaCrosse,Wi. Ten minutes past our scheduled pick up time just as we are crossing the border from MN to WI we get a call stating they have no truck for us. When we did get there we were met with nonchalant care for us. We were told truck sorry. We MAY have a truck later no ETA about it either. This was the WORST experience I have ever had with UHaul. I understand that no cares and my words will be broadcast everywhere I can vent this frustration. This truck that was eventually found after much loud discussion was 1 1/2 hours away and 53 one way miles for us. This was so very inconvenient for us. My concern is not about the place in Mondovi,WI it has to do with the place in LaCrosse. I will be posting this on every social media form I can find. A truck should have been found for us BEFORE we showed up for said truck. That is always what has been done for me in the past long before we show up. I am very disappointed with UHaul

Everything went smoothly with the representative at Buffalo Motors. He checked with his regional U-Haul office to make sure the car tow wouldn't be charged to my account, as I was never able to use it because of the lights not working. The representative at Buffalo Motors made everything go smoothly with the drop-off of the 20-foot truck.

The customer service and level of detail from Mike at Buffalo Motors was superb. The only suggestion - there wasn't a lock for the back and we did not know to bring one. Just let folks know if they need to supply a lock - seems like that should be included.

The man behind the counter was friendly but had no desire to do a walk thru of the truck or explain anything. Made comments that they did not make enough money doing this for U-haul to really care. The whole experience with U-haul from them changing availability, & pick up location several times and making me drive almost 50 miles out of my way to pick it up and doing this after 6 PM the night before I needed it giving me no time to check other options. Then they kept trying to put it all back on me ex. telling me I picked a bad weekend to move....I could go on and on but will end saying I will never recommend U-Haul or use them again.

The correct milage was not put on the paperwork for me. I had to pay for 15 miles I did not use the truck. That was not fair.
