This was a fantastic experience, the agent was so friendly and helpful making the whole process so easy. They even sent someone out to retrieve the key from the box because I couldn't get it to open. I didn't think there was a chance this service could be matched but had the same experience with the check in. On top of that the truck was super clean and ran well. Just can't say enough good things about the whole experience. Thank you!!

Checked in online. Arrived at pickup location and was in the truck on my way within 10 minutes! The UHaul employee was very courteous and quick. Couldn't have asked for a better transaction!

john cThis is one of the worst drop off locations I have ever seen. You pull in to barely a drive way with 3 parking spots and the guy tells me to back the massive trailer into a little parking spot with a car next to it. I am a very skilled trailer driver as I pull trailers several days a week and there was no way I could back the trailer up there. And then the guy proceeded to say it is easy to get vehciles around there, belittling us. Uhauls are large vehicles usually rented by fairly unexperienced drivers for towing. You need to have locations that you can actually drive into, and back the trailer up in a reasonable space. I will never go here again and I definitely will warn everyone I talk to against it as well.

RICHARD INot a fan of Uhaul picking the place that the customer returns the vehicle. I was offered 3 locations that would have been at least an hour drive for me one way. Sure that makes it convenient for Uhaul but not the customer. I finally got a location 20 minutes from us. Have your own employees relocate trucks.

Jason HLights were falling off the car dolly and we told him and he said it would be fine. Lights did fall off the trailer and trying to contact someone from UHaul is almost impossible.
PAMELA MThe price quoted was $159 - however the bill came to over $181+ which he said was tax. I don't mind paying tax but we all know tax is not 14 to 15%. I asked what the fees were (once on the phone and once in person) and was told tax - so really don't think the guy was too up front. Also was told that Uhaul would call me within an hour once they located a trailer - no one called for two hours - I checked back and then was told that they had a trailer available. Not a bad experience but could have been better.
SHAWN CHad to call a number on a window at a closed front office at a storage place. Of course the number rang busy for 20 minutes until someone finally answered, then took 15 minutes for employee to drive over from another rental yard to do the paperwork.

STEVEN PThe local manager of the U-Haul rental sight went above and beyond normal service by helping me to secure my rental when I was having difficulty with the mobile app pickup. It was 8:00pm and the facility was closed, but he noticed my struggles with the app and came outside and checked me in over his office computer.

kevin mThe van worked well with no problems. Though the interior appeared to have been vacuumed, the rest of it clearly had not been wiped down at all. The interior of the windshield hasn't been cleaned and was actually dangerous when driving in sun glare. The location attendant was very nice and helpful, especially when checking the van back in and the Uhaul app wouldn't work.

James LConfirm that the towing equipment is good to go before completing a rental. My truck did not have the required hardware and only found out after I was charged for the rental.
Francisco GI dropped the truck off after it was closed, so there's not much to say other than that it was convenient to be able to do that.

Christy CAttendant was not aware that I was dropping off the trailer. Probably not her fault as the drop off location changed three times. It seems odd that you charge when someone drops off at different location, but you don't seem to have a problem changing the drop off on the customer, which is a major inconvenience. Especially when it is last minute.

Susan OLocation was fine,just took 35minutes to do the paperwork and I had been in th eday before to confirm all was good wit the booking.The guy was helpfull but I 'cant understand how it wasn't a straight forward pickup.It wasn't a great experience from the online booking all the way through to the drop off location and phone calls and being put on hold etc.Painful would best describe the rental process. VICTORIA MThis was the location for drop off on our paperwork, but we were told it was NOT a drop off place ( it is actually a storage facility). Since the address was on our docs, she accepted the truck, but wasn't happy about it.
Edward MI wanted to rent at a facility closer to my home. I was able to do that online. The day before the move, I received an email telling me to go to the above location. It was way out of the way and uhaul only gave me 133 miles thinking that was all I needed from original location to new location but because I was transfered to above location I went over mileage because it was further away. If you do this sort of thing in the future, I suggest you round up and add an additional 50 miles.

Deanna HI have used this location several times and always had good service. However I was concerned that truck wouldn't arrive as it was not at location when went to reserve it. Manager said he could have it ready by date ordered. The manager promised me he would take care of it... AND that he did! He personally called me and delivered the truck to me at the time promised!!!! Very impressed with the service this location provides!!! I can only give high remarks for the service and dependability this staff does to accommodate all their patrons. Brendan you are the best!!!!!
