The truck was never swept from last move,I have photos. I had to go get the check in lady to show her a few areas of unmarked damage to truck. She did come out to truck and mark up the damage. I took lots of photos before I started the truck.Herschel T.

Have the truck available at the location I wanted. Traveling an extra 50 miles was incredibly inconvenient. The dolly I requested was not available and made our move far more difficult than necessary. In other words, give your customer what was ordered. The people at buck's were great btw. There were several people ahead of me and that wait was understandable but not appreciated.Vanessa V.

People at this location outstanding, prices for rental are way to high. Cost over $400.00 for a one way trip that was 316 miles, I returned truck with full tank of gas in 2 days, so total was almost $500.00. I could have bought a truck and paid a full month's payment with that.Peter S.

Have the vehicle at the location it was reserved at 2 months prior. Don't call a customer less then 24 hours before the pickup to tell them they need to travel 30 miles to pickup the reservation. Regional Sales Manager "Matt" was condescending and sarcastic.. Absolutely NO discount for the inconvenience. Have a license plate on the vehicle I had to travel to pickup, which was apparently dropped off the night before with no tags, or according to Matt, it was stolen? Waited an additional hour to get another truck, of which was already reserved but was told....and I quote "screw them." Extremely poor customer service except for the initial reservation made. Excuse after excuse....never once offered any discount for fuel or mileage....oh wait...was given and additional 25 miles. Truck was absolutely deplorable. I could continue but what's the point, I'm sure it was my fault, because according to Matt, I'm not the only one renting a truck 2 months in advance, interesting managerial skills.Robert S.

The trailer had no Jack or stand. The staff handed me a bunch of papers and said â€œgood luckâ€. How about basic customer service? Even if you refuse to provide basic tools and don't want lift the trailer with me, you could have at least helped waive me back to line up the hitch. It was a really poor service experience and I will never return or recommend. I would drive you to another service station or town before using bucks again.William S.

Make the hidden $1 environmental fee optional or include it in your rate upfront and don't mention why your rates are a dollar higher then, just charge it. (so instead of $19.95 rate it would be $20.95 or 5% more)...it would just be more honest and fair to your customers and not leave them with this dirty feeling like they were forced and tricked into paying for something extra. Adding an environmental "fee" after a decision to purchase has already been made seems unethical, forcing others to pay for your environmentalism. If you are going to charge others for your environmentalism it should at least be optional to the customer or if you insist, then it should be clearly part of your advertised rates up front. It's actually disgusting your company forcing me to pay for your environmental activism at the end of a transaction, even if just $1...We do notice what you are forcing and there is enough annoying extra government "fees" already on rentals without your company adding even more. You should know this irritates people.john H.

The UHAUL app did not work in order to complete the return. In addition, the email and text hyperlinks did not work either. No fault of the location at all. Please fix the gliches with the app, which had worked well earlier this year when I had rented another truck.ryan G.

Do not allow customers to schedule pick up times outside of the location's open hours. We got there at our scheduled pick up time and the u-haul website said we had to wait til the location opened even though I specifically chose u-haul share 24/7 so that I could get the truck whenever. Trucks are kept offsite. Dirty, tires were low, empty windshield washer fluid, dirty windshield inside and out, sticky steering wheel, damage on truck exterior. u-haul email link for checklist when picking up truck timed out. 800 number on hold for 20 minutes, so i hung up. rental location did not know what link i was talking about. Truck return after hours location, i called 800 number and hung up after long hold time as well. Rate uhaul.com and 800 number a 4 out of 10. pick up location 6 out of 10.Daniel B.

We got there after hrs and was going to put the key in the drop off box. Then an employee came out and said he will just take the keys and move it and they will check it in in the morning. I asked him how I would get my $100 deposit. He claimed there was a store behind KFC in lewisburg. The next day I went and there were no stores there. I saw someone parking a truck so I asked him how I get my deposit back and he didn't know but he just checked my truck in . So I went back to where I picked up the U-Haul and how I get my deposit. She said they never checked the truck in and I said the guy told me he did it himself. So the girl had to walk the other person thru how to check in my truck and then said they will mail me a check. A CHECK. I paid cash I should get cash back. Very poor service.Denice A.
