I turned in my uhaul but my contract was never submitted. I dropped it off 3 days early. Besides that, the man was very generous and helpful
The employees were rude and uninviting. They were unhelpful in assisting me in dropping off my rental. I would never recommend them and I will never return to this location.
Not rent u-haul at this location. ( Very sketchy place) Computer problems or not it should have not taken 1 hour 15 minutes to get a set of keys. Especially since I did the on line check-in. Yet I got charged an extra day over $40.00 because I was late getting the truck. They even had fuel marked at 1/2 tank but it was actually only 3/8 of a tank when I left there facilitie. When I dropped it off it had well over 1/2 a tank. The truck also had a misfire. It used a lot of fuel.
When we picked up the truck it barely had a quarter of a tank of gas but yet we had to fill it up in order to turn it back in.
Location opened late due to Coronavirus so I returned online. An employee came out to look at the truck when I was returning the trailer, but didn't seem to want anything to do with me.
