There were individuals in the office where I was getting keys and paperwork who were arguing and yelling at each other which made things very uncomfortable. I signed off on the form without going over the truck with anyone to find that the gas was 1/4 tank lower than what I signed off on, and I was given keys and told that the truck was in the lot across a 4 lane highway. I determined which truck it was by matching the license plate from the contract to the truck. By far, the worst pick-up experience in my many rentals.

Reservations was at a certain time and I wanted 36 minutes for someone to come and help me. Then ended up having to do everything over the phone with someone from another location. Terrible experience. Will not go there again.

The customer service was horrible. The guy had the truck down in a ditch and wouldn't go and get it and drive it up the hill to me. He then had me sign a paper with a different gas mileage than it was on the truck. I have pictures. This cost me a lot of extra money. I rent trucks from y'all bi weekly and this has never happened before.

I turned in my uhaul but my contract was never submitted. I dropped it off 3 days early. Besides that, the man was very generous and helpful

The employees were rude and uninviting. They were unhelpful in assisting me in dropping off my rental. I would never recommend them and I will never return to this location.

Not rent u-haul at this location. ( Very sketchy place) Computer problems or not it should have not taken 1 hour 15 minutes to get a set of keys. Especially since I did the on line check-in. Yet I got charged an extra day over $40.00 because I was late getting the truck. They even had fuel marked at 1/2 tank but it was actually only 3/8 of a tank when I left there facilitie. When I dropped it off it had well over 1/2 a tank. The truck also had a misfire. It used a lot of fuel.

When we picked up the truck it barely had a quarter of a tank of gas but yet we had to fill it up in order to turn it back in.

Location opened late due to Coronavirus so I returned online. An employee came out to look at the truck when I was returning the trailer, but didn't seem to want anything to do with me.
