Associate was very helpful throughout our contract. She even contacted me before I told the office I moved out to see if I wanted to continue storing there. Instead of letting it go, knowing I moved my stuff and charging another month. Will return and spread the word about the excellent customer service. Thanks for being honest.

Location was great, but the overall experience was horrible. I chose to do online pickup to get an early start but the website would not allow me. I had all of the settings correct. When I called in to pickup the truck the wait time was over an hour. I then wasted a whole hour for the location to open so I could check out the truck. When I tried to return the truck the the website I had the same issue. I called and was informed of a wait time of over an hour. I placed a request for a call when it was my turn in line, but when I received the call it was disconnected after being on hold for another 10 minutes. After being disconnected I called and was on hold for ANOTHER 30 minutes. When I finally got through I checked the truck out. Now about the actual vehicle. The ignition was sticky and was hard to either start the truck or remove the key from the slot. The float inside the fuel tank is stuck, so I ended putting way more gas in the truck than was needed, and in the present day and time it is an extra cost that was not accounted for. Like I previously stated the location itself was clean and the staff friendly, but the experience with U HAUL was horrible. Doubt anyone actually reads this but maybe just maybe they will….

Make sure everything is working on the trailer before someone picks it up. And then when it's not working don't send them to another location on their time they should be packing/moving to get it fixed. And even after that it still wasn't working(the tail lights and signals)

U-Haul's mobile check-out process is a disaster. I will never use it again unless U-Haul substantially updates it so that it works properly. My move was delayed 45 minutes because the website didn't function as advertised or intended. It took 20 minutes to get a customer service representative on the phone, who then had to modify my reservation several times to get the steps I needed to appear, and U-Haul also never warned me that I'd need a friend on-call to verify my identity, which naturally turned out to be problematic. Not once did the customer service rep apologize for my experience. I will use BTA storage again -- they're excellent -- but I will never use U-Haul again.

My only turnoff is probably corp guidelines "not allowing customers inside store bcs of COVID. standing outside a locked door waiting to be seen. Getting real old for fear hysteria for a flu type bug and a turnoff for this customer.

After I made my reservation confirmation everything looked like it was ready for a 7 AM pick up on Monday, May 25. I knew it was gonna be memorial day, but everything said I could do this online with my mobile phone so I didn't think it to be any kind of a problem. Until I got to the store at 7 AM Monday morning May 25 and discovered that they wouldn't open until 9 AM. That was frustrating!
