The gentleman that helped us out was so kind and nice! definetly coming back!!

It was an inconvenience to get a call the day before my pick-up to inform me I had to drive an additional 2.5 hours round trip to pick up the trailer because it wasn't at my reserved pick up location. BT Automotive was great they called me to make sure I had the necessary equipment to pick up trailer.

The pad lock was broker, Greg was aware of it but didn't offer a replacement lock that worked. Our stuff was not locked up for the 2 days we had the Uhaul but fortunately nothing was stolen. Just make sure that pad lock gets fixed until there is problems when someone has something stolen and then blames Uhaul for it.

My billing came back wrong with extra items that i did not order or use included on the bill. When I called to fix the issue, the person on the phone was able to find my bill and heard what was wrong but told me he needed to “figure out” how to fix it and he would call me back. Which he never did, and when I called, within their office hours to ask what was going on with it, all I got was voicemail.

When I returned the equipment, I was told that the car dolly was set up "weird." The car dolly's was bent, so I wasn't able to see the right side of the trailer during my whole trip, which made it really scary. I was also told that I couldn't load the car on the dolly because of liability issues, which made it really difficult to do something by myself. Was I supposed to move the truck out of the lot and then walk back and get the car so I could load it somewhere else? The whole thing was very inconvenient and unreasonable, taking tons of extra time and having to bother other people to come pick me up.

I ordered a dolly and a dozen furniture pads. These were not included in the truck even though I paid for them. Not having the appliance dolly made my move significantly harder.

We reserved our trailer online. I had to call the place we were going to get the trailer and they were super helpful. We arrived ahead of time, everything was ready, Doyle was super good, friendly and helpful. The trailer pulled like a dream, no problems whatsoever. When we returned the trailer it was in a different location. Service was great either place. Thanks, U Haul!

Let them know that they don't need to do the "pick up with text" feature of the online checkin. It's faster and easier to just book online, and then let Paul help you! He's very friendly and efficient as well.

We tried to reserve our truck at Towne Storage in Sandy, however we received a email with confirmation information with a different location. It was inconvenient having that change and had to make additional coordinating help in getting the truck.
