Excellent customer service by the Johnstown and Bryans Road U-Haul teams! Don't change anything. FYI - This location is now a Crown Service Station. This could be confusing to some folks in the future.

LISA FORDCheck out was abysmal even after I completed the checkout online before showing up. Apparently UHaul at this location (gas station) is an after thought - agent wasn't friendly (seemed annoyed having to service me), couldn't find his U-Haul login info so it took forever to get checked out. Trailer was not swept out before being picked up.
Timothy OgradyGreat customer service and the pick up/drop off location was in my town. Very convenient as It helped me greatly with moving my mother to her new apartment! Take care.
Wilbert CanadaThe location should have signage that states it is an UHaul. It is not a Sunoco. There is nothing visible that that lets you know that it is a UHaul.

Roy AllisonWe were sent to this site after the site that we made our reservation at did not have the truck. The folks at this site were so friendly and helpful. However, UHaul really fell down on this. We made our reservation by calling the 800 number two weeks before picking up the truck. We were assured our reservation was good. We re-confirmed on Wed before picking up on Sat and again were assured we had a truck. When we got to the Forestville site, they said we did not have a truck. Thank goodness the folks at this Indian Head site were so helpful. UHaul really messed up.

I do not appreciate charges being made without me being made aware of it, nor without my consent being given. Upon arrival very little interest of help with return was invested by staff until I begun doing it on my own. I’m very displeased with the service I have received and will be reaching out to higher ups about these practices today.

Wendy SoaresYour attendant, Jocelyn (?), was totally disorganized and more interested in making sure her dog (which barked a lot so I hesitated before walking in) was happy and not running out the door every time a customer came in. After spending 45 minutes answering questions that I thought were in the pre-check I submitted on line and a couple of times asking her to speak up because I'm 71 and can't hear well I signed the contract and then was told me she didn't appreciate my tone. There was another customer in the office. I said I was sorry she felt that way. She blurted that she was doing the best she could. As I walked out I told her she needed to speak up and not bring the dog to work. I got in my truck. She then proceeded to walk and shoot me the bird while shouting some unintelligible words. My humble opinion is that this is not the customer service any public facing company desires. I have run a $30 mm business and know something about that.

Reginald christmasU-Haul was too lazy to drop the trailer of where I requested. This was 10 miles out of the way. The sunoco is not even a regular rental point. The one I asked for on the site was. What is the use of being able to pick a pickup point if you won't honor the request.....not happy.

Henry JonesService was poor. Customer service representative did not know what he was doing. Acted as if he was on some type of drugs. Took over an hour to pick up truck from the store. All equipment reserved was not available at time of pickup.

Debbie TrappPay attention! I was given a faulty vehicle that was supposed to be delivered to the shop for maintenance. that was a HUGE risk of MY LIFE and my 4 and 9 year old nephews, to drive in the rain in a vehicle that wasn't drivable! DO NOT rent from here. they are not attentive.
Tyler DavisThe original p/u site was non-responsive on p/u day-a major disruption for us. Alternate site did best they could on less than 1/2 hr notice but was 20 min more out of the way for us. Granted it was Christmas Eve but that is why we set this up weeks ahead!!

Lloyd PearsonThe staff was very nice, however we arrived to drop off the U Haul later in the evening and it was very hard to tell if we were dropping it off in the proper location. Other than a small sign there is no indication that the gas station/service center is associated with U Haul. We pulled in, thought we were in the wrong location and continued down the road. It wasn't until we called and spoke to the friendly staff that we were confident that we had the right drop off location.
Sophie Van EttenWhen a customer is allowed to reserve a trailer at a location at one location via your website, and the website sends them a confirmation email for dat/time of pickup from that location, the customer assumes that they are all set to pickup the trailer from that location. I received an email the day before my cross-country move that my trailer was ready for pickup e hours away from the location that I had reserved the trailer. I called your company, and was told "sometimes the website messes up." This is ridiculous. If you make a reservation honor it!
