People were friendly, truck was fine. Had ordered furniture blankets and they could not fulfill the order. They, and U-Haul, left it up to us to find blankets.

The equipment had a lot of damages on it and was very dirty. I had a very hard time with the app. Due to always doing an in person at the desk check out. I was having trouble. I called several times and not getting through to anyone. Finally, when I did get ahold of someone and because I had been there an hour and a 1/2 trying to check out the equipment. The system cancelled my reservation. I had to redo my reservation luckily, I was one the line with a very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient agent. She was excellent! However, due to lack of people showing to assist in my move, which was a mile and a 1/2 from my current address and the truck I needed wasn't available where I asked to pick up and drop off. I had to go way out North of town, which of course added mileage to my trip. so, the estimated 16 miles which that was over which the actual mileage worked out to be. I ended up renting the truck for an addition 2 times + 24.5 miles. For what II thought would be a one-day move ended up be a three-day ordeal. Instead of being the original $109.00 ended up costing me nearly $300 if not more! I have been renting U-Haul's more often then, probably any customer you have ever dealt with. And I always get screwed. You would think y'all would keep track of a person's rental history and give them a break.

We are very disappointed that our uhaul pick up location was not the correct location. We were scheduled to pick up in Grand Junction, as that is where our U-box was. This had been booked over ONE MONTH prior. No one confirmed that the truck pick up was in Montrose. We drove 2.5 hours to be able to pick the truck up and be able to get our items from Grand Junction. Very disappointed with this. The Montrose location was good, the service regarding our truck pick up location was not.
