There were ants on the truck, and the windows were so dirty they were difficult to see through. They also did not provide the equipment I had rented, such as furniture pads and dollies (although U-Haul was kind enough to refund me for the missing equipment).
Great customer service
The manager/owner was great guy. Unfortunately the truck was not really clean as it had a ant infestation in the cabin and the back bed. Could use a good wipe down in cabin.
Location was closed. Entrance was blocked by another truck. I had to drive around through a narrow dirt road. There was no direction as to where to park or where to leave the keys.
I WAS CHARGED $25 FOR THE COLLISION WAIVER, WHEN IT SHOULD BE $10. NOBODY HAS TOLD MY THE REASON. I HAVE BEEN CALLING AND CALLING WITH SEVERAL U-HAUL REPRESENTATIVES AND NOBODY KNOWS NOTHING.

The rep upon arrival that TV hey would not be able to provide the apploance dolly I requeated because he husband was out of townand took the key. She was on the phone with herdaughter who charged my credit card 4 x's each for 69.40. I get to the truck which I reserved two weeks ago and it does not start. I finally after 1.5 hours get a truck then have to waste miles on going to get an appliance dolly from another location which took an additional 30 minutes and a charge of 60.00 to my credit card. I WILL NEVER RECCOMEND, FIND ANOTHER WAY. UHAUL ISN'T IT. The only posoitive was the gentleman that checked my truck in, he was amazing. You need a million of him.

answer your phones and properly check in your vehicles
I called and confirmed 2 days ahead, was told everything was ready for me. Got there and tow dolly was not available so we had to go to different location.
The location was good however there was a problem with my mobile pickup which left me standing out in front of the location for 2 hours being on hold with uhaul or bounced around to different customer service agents that were unable to help me. It was a terrible experience with uhaul corporate. Ronnie at the actual location was super helpful the night before and his wife returned our call when we were stuck unable to pickup the truck.
