Diana K | Overall ExperienceOur storage unit received water damage which was not caused by our contents. The damage was verified by the office manager. We had purchased the required insurance for the contents. So we filed a claim due the damage. Our claim was denied stating that after the adjuster talked with the management that it was determined that the water seeped up from the 6 inch concrete floor. Of course, this would not be covered per the policy. Several of our signed and numbered prints were severely damaged and are now worthless. 2 mattresses in the unit soaked up the water 1/3 of the way. They are also ruined. Our wood furniture has mold on the bottom which we were able to restore at our personal cost.
