William HNot a human managed site. drop off truck put keys in container on pole drive off. No fencing or security but it is a small town.

KEITH GLights worked when I picked up the trailer, but when I went to leave I checked them and left side lights did not work.

Alan PThe mileage on our truck was wrong when we picked it up. It resulted in me being charged an extra $2.40, which, no big deal and not really worth my time to try to recoup, but still annoying.
Jonathan RGreat experience overall using the online check in, pick up and drop off. Just not sure why we had to go to two separate locations. We started the pick up process at 2 Cap America, but the key lockbox, key drop and the truck itself were at 72 Bypass. We could have done the entire process online where the truck was sitting. Other than that little bit of confusion, it was a really easy process.
Russell HOnly issue is the storage sheds don’t leave much room to park and move around. I will definitely rent again someday
Zachary SThe Office and the Truck pickup are actually 2 locations. Until you arrive at the office or call the number of the office this is not told to you. If i didn't used to live in this town as a kid I would have a very hard time finding the place based off the directions they could provide. I handled this just fine but others may have a rough experience.
Steve LWas told to go to one address (2 cap America dr) only to have a paper on door saying go 3.3 Miles across town and drop at another location.

MICHAEL GIt would be useful if there was a sign on the door or something explaining that the actual trucks were at a different location. I did it online on a Sunday and there were no staff to help, and none answered the phone. One has to be at the location 2 Cap America drive to check in online, and do all the online paperwork, and travel across town to actually get the uhaul and finish the online process . We were lucky we even found the other location because my grandpa happened to see it when he was around town.
Dylan CTook trailer in a day early. Did not check it in. If we had not received an email alerting me to that, we would have been charged for keeping it an extra day. We had to call the day of delivery 1/15 and remind them we dropped if off 1/14 around 1630 so they would check it in.
Christy WThe pickup location was listed at 2 cap America drive, but when we arrived there was no trucks on the lot. We had to drive across to town to find the rental and after finding it drive back across town to the listed pickup location to do the pickup procedure because of GPS loacation. I was told the keys would be in the back of the truck when I received my confirmation call the day before but they were in a separate lock box that we had to receive a code for. So all together it took me an hour to pickup the truck and a lot of wasted gas in my own vehicle. Then the drop off was almost as complicated because the drop off location was also listed as 2 cap America drive but the drop box for the key was across town at the other lot. Them we had problems with the site when going thru the return process where it would not go thru the tastes so it took another 45 minutes to do the drop off. It was very inconvenient and stressful during an already stressful time in our lives.
Monique STrailer was at a remote location and returned full of pea gravel and road tar from a previous rental. There was a second trailer at the site that was newer and clean that would have been a better choice to tow back to WI. I spent the extra time to return it clean so I didn't get charged for a clean up fee.
