Brian Fthe floor of the back of the truck, the steering wheel, and the handles of this truck were not visibly dirty, but everything left black on our hands, and belongings. forgot to mention to the store, they were super nice and I was in rush. other than that this location has been good for us.

WILLIAM PUhaul vehicle reeked of marijuana and had a diesel leak making our 6 hour trip nearly unbearable. If it were for the urgency of the need for the additional truck, I would have returned it and gotten my truck from another dealer
Kricket JCustomer service was really helpful in working out a refund time within my schedule. He was very friendly n knowledgable. They were right there to help when I returned the truck and didn't even have to go inside and have to wait for oth ers to finish. I would hihhly recommend them

Rebecca CI rented a flat bed trailer to haul a show car. I wasn't told about what size of hitch I needed to hookup to the trailer until I arrived to pick up the trailer. I had to purchase one at the facility. I should have been made aware when I reserved the trailer. Otherwise the trailer worked fine.

CLYDE CThe employees were very thorough on explaining the potential “what if’s” that can happen when people are moving, perspectives that don’t come to mind when making literal life changing moves. Very grateful for the extra care they took for preparing me for my next stage in life. I heard them share the same information to the customers before and after me. They go the extra mile to make things easier for everyone whether it’s comforting them on the size of vehicle they’re driving, or if they aren’t as experienced in towing a trailer. I will send everyone to their office that I can!
Frankie HI think ya the best. I used gas with resources from my own pocket due to the fact that the tank ran totally empty even after filling up the recommended gas. I ended up adding up more gas. Spent about $85 from lower lake to Ukiah and back.

Joey DGas tank was 1/4 full. I don’t mind filling it up but no refund is available after I return it 1/2 full. Truck was a little dirty as well but the staff are pleasant and helpful I would recommend.

Kerin CThe only problem I had was with the original location that I reserved the equipment. He stated he did not see the reservation and told, I must’ve made it at another location. When I went to the next one it showed I DID HAVE ONE AT THE FIRST LOCATION. Dude was sleeping on the couch in his office.
Edward AIt would be very helpful and considerate if when renting one of your trucks, vans or moving box trucks that someone went over the features of the rented vehicle upon giving the key to the customer and just assuming that they are familiar with the rental vehicle. I also have never rented a freshly washed and clean vehicle but I always return it much cleaner than the way I received it
