Every time I rent from u-haul, we have been o recharged and I have to go back and fight to get our account credited. I'm so tired of having to deal with this!! We were charged for 6 days and for dolly and furniture pads. We only had trailer for 4 days to haul luggage for a youth group conference. We didn't use or require dolly or furniture pads. They charged my card $258 for a $100 transaction. :(THEODORE R.

The worker was okay but had an annoying buzzing alarm that went off anytime you would approach the front of the building. Then they reported the fuel level below what I had picked up. Dealer we picked up the trailer from refused to hook up the trailer to the truck. Told me instruction were in pamphlet. Dropping off location told me to take it to another location because he was full. Took to the other location and he refused because manager not on site said to. Had to get corporate uhaul on the on the phone before I could leave it. uhaul corporate gave me a 20.00 credit.john H.

Truck was in need of some serious chassis work. It shook and wandered everywhere I drove it. Engine ran ok once it got going. This truck was a lot bigger than I intended to get but all in all it needs work. The lady was very friendly and courteous at the pick up locationNicholas L.

No one at pick-up location during hours of operation. I called and left a message. No one returned my call. 2 other people there to pick up trucks left furious. The general manager saved the day for me and drove over to allow me to pick up the only auto transporter in the area. GREAT thanks to the regional manager! You single-handedly secured my faith and hope in U-Haul. I would have been totally screwed if it had not been for your personal attention. THANK YOU!Darlene B.

The original location that you reserved for us was on old Pascagoula road. We drove all the way out there on Friday to pick up our trailer only to find that they didn't have that size trailer at all. We then had to wait until she found us a trailer then drive somewhere else to pick it up. It was time consuming and very inconvenient.Theodore R.

I was transferred to location by another U-Haul dearler to get the upsized truck needed. no problems and was told that the truck was ready at 10:30. I waited for 45min to get the truck do to her dealing with another customer. I was in a time crunch and waited do to, I needed the truck all was fine and no issues. I get the invoice this morning and she has a 25.00 cleaning fee on the invoice. I left a pack of smokes and a glass in the truck. I remember right as I shut the door. To late Sunday she is closed. Really. The truck was clean no sweeping no trash or anything ready to rent. I cleaned the truck rented a 26' for 2 days last week my company uses your services couple times a year. I/we have never had this happen. Not good at all in my opinion. Make this good please and save a bad mark......................ray D.
