The guy didn't know what he was doing he had to call someone to do the transaction. Took a long time.

The person with whom I dealt was unhelpful, uninterested and unprofessional. He also attempted to alter the reservation to charge me a higher rate without telling me what he was doing. Neither competent nor trustworthy.

This location is terrible. There is 1 person working their store which is the only "corner store" for miles. Therefore there is a constant stream of sales of lottery ticket, cigar & cigarette, beer and so forth. He will make you stand there and wait until every single person streaming through is checked out because his profit margins are higher on those items. I have rented here multiple times and will not be back. I have stood as long as 45 minutes to pick up a truck and 30 minutes to return a truck. And he apparently doesn't know how to check in or out trucks. He has to call Uhaul to get them to check it out and in. No paperwork is given. Go to another location.

The guy had no idea how to do anything. I checked in and he kept saying he didn’t have my info, despite my showing him everything on the app. I had to call customer service and had to have the rep walk me through what to do on his computer. Very awkward.

U-haul is clearly a side-gig for these guys. My pickup location was changed at the last minute and when I called to confirm (as instructed in the text I received) they could provide me no assurance that a truck would be there for me. 800-GO-UHAUL was no more reassuring and in fact explained that my reservation was, in fact, only a request and their confirmation was only confirmation that my request for a location and type of vehicle had been received. Apparently, there is no commitment from U-Haul's end when you make a request/reservation. Even though I had filled out all the forms online to expedite pick up, this location had me go through all the same information again as they typed it into their iPhone. Pickup took 1/2 hour.
