The guy at the uhaul location yesterday to refill the gas tank back to where I got it so I had to go back into town to refill the gas tank. He charged me for the miles I used to go get gad back in it which was like 6 miles. Also yesterday when I opened the back to the uhaul when I went to load my apartment there was cockroaches!!!! I had to put a tarp cover down so cockroaches didn't get to my stuff. So when I got to my new address I had to leave everything outside so I dont carry the cockroaches inside my home!!!! Also when I told the Uhaul guy about the Cockroaches his response to me was he knows he has to take care of it he should have told me prior to the day of renting it!!! I feel I should definitely be refunded of something!! I will NEVER rent with uhaul again!!

The return was after hours but I had talked to this location in advance of the rental. The automated system kept asking to return it at a location that was convenient for us...so I had to talk to a rep. Emerald was very kind and helpful...and got the location changed in the system to where we were and I had talked to before we rented at Tuttle Ok. All in all the experience was very good!!

Seal the grommets in roof of truck so doesn't leak when raining. Clean the trucks before renting. Other than that the people were extremely nice and helpful just need to upkeep your trucks better.

The entire truck leaked and was terrible! We had to replace a king size mattress and box springs because of the leak! 8 boxes of everything from kitchen plates to clothes was destroyed! Very upset with this truck!

The trailer didn't seal, snow was all inside the trailer, all over all of my belongins. It would of been just as good as putting it in the bed of my truck. Could of saved me $288.. never again.

We arrived after closing. The drop-off procedures were not easy to figure out. The drive leading to the locked gate is very short if you are trying to drop off a trailer.

I could not get the trailer lifted off of the ball of my truck. I had to call my dad and my husband to come help me lift it. Maybe the trailer should get a Jack to help with this problem.
