When I picked up the truck, the gas needle was on the line next to the E. I asked the lady if I need to fill it up when I return it she said to bring it back how I picked it up. Now I’m being charged a fee for the fuel when I was told to bring it back how I picked it up and I did.

No Drop box for the Keys when I tried to return on 05/14/23.. I only noticed one other U-Haul truck. Was later told by someone that called about me dropping off to this location that I was not suppose to do this. Now I was not credited the day that I returned it or at least the day that the keys were dropped off which was 04/15/23, but the two day trip which is 04/16/23. I am not a happy customer. I hope to never have to use either one of these locations again.
Sheila Brown-HowardWe initially booked a pickup in Santa Monica. They did not have a truck for us. We had to send our driver to Gardena in an Uber to pick up a truck later int he day. When he got to the first location, they had the truck but had lost the key to that truck. They send him to another uhaul location in Gardena. Another uber expense and in the meantime, our movers arrived and we had to pay them double to wait. We finally got the truck but the extra time for our driver and the extra expense with the movers was unacceptable.

Perla MoananuI had a reservation for a Saturday morning. I was on time before pick up but my truck was not available. I waited 2hrs and still no truck. So they found one in Gardena that was way out of my are to move for mileage. They supposedly gave me $50 credit which was never applied to my rental. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Brian Engel 424 2240839. We already paid Uhaul by credit card is that I miss understanding the situation or are you kidding me I have to pay double or twice for a not so great service. You should pay me back for the overcharge!?!
