The truck was not safe. The agent risked my safety when he said “The steering is a little loose.†When driving in moderate winds I was unable to keep the truck in its lane, not because of the wind, but because of the loose steering. This is a dangerous truck and should not be on the road in its current condition.

Take a picture of the gas gauge and the odometer. That way there will be no confusion whatsoever on the current readings. I myself do this every time I rent anything. For myself, just to be safe and sure. Arron and Kendra were awesome. Thank you Daniel ??
