It was a complete nightmare trying to get the key to the vehicle. Your mobile site said it was in key compartment #4 when actually it was in the back of the truck. This took an extra 30 minutes in the rain.Julie K.

The wrong keys were in the truck and it took an hour to get in touch with anyone at u-haul. They tried to send me to a different location for another truck which was totally unacceptable. It was a complete disaster.Jennifer C.

The pick-up was GREAT in Abingdon. Bristol Rental in Abingdon, VA was super. Caprice was our attendant and she was kind and made sure I was out and on the road quickly. She needs to be a trainer for Uhaul.Stan G.

The personnel at the Abingdon location was exceptional. In the past year I have rented three trucks from Your company . The experience in the first two rentals were less than satisfactory. Issues with the equipment, employees that in some cases could best be described as useless. The employees at the Bristol location were very good, knowledgeable and helpful . The employees at the Abingdon Location were all that and more, they made the experience painless. I had almost given up on UHaul. You need to thank the Abingdon store for keeping me a customer. The location and truck availability (mobile pick up) was fantastic; however, it was clear that the truck was not cleaned between renters. Given that the U-Haul website specifically addresses how extra cleaning is now done due to COVID-19, we expected a truck that was at least wiped down between renters. The middle seat of the truck was covered in dog fur and the dash was covered in dust- there is no way it was cleaned in any way before we picked it up. We spent extra time wiping down the interior with cleaning wipes. When returning the truck, we had to say it was clean for the next family (even though it wasn't due to previous renter) or we were charged a $25 cleaning fee. We were very disappointed with the overall experience and expected more from U-Haul.Charles T.

This location is not open on weekends. The U-Haul app doesn't work on Androids. They gave me a price and charged me 20 over at the final moment. On top of it, I wasted almost half an hour of my time dealing with customer service and trying to actually get my rental. Will never use U-Haul again.Steven R.

Request for service was put in as a in person service even though they are closed on Saturday. I spent a hour and a half on the phone trying to get this fixed while the movers sat at my house. They then had the milage wrong by about 4000 miles, so the CSR noted it and told me to call back when I dropped the truck off. This added time on to a already stressful day. Thank god I set the pickup time a hour before the movers were to show up or this would have been much worse. I suggest you move on the week day when there is someone at the desk if you're using this location. Luckily their CSRs are nice at least, even if they do have incredibly long hold times.Adam S.
Miles were wrong, tried to charge my account 3,000+ dollars. Called customer service 3 times just to be told I'd have to come in when there was someone here at the location. Which caused me to come during my working hours and loose my pay.Donald E.
