Truck had a huge pull to the right. I had to fight the truck all the way to fort myers 860+ miles. The truck was clean inside. The wiper blade came off mid trip during a rainstorm. This put me in position to be in a crash or potentially ruining all of my belongings.
Steven PDrop off was a breeze, attendant was on top of everything and very professional.

RUSSEL KBrinegar's isn't a problem. U-Haul is the problem. You have overcharged me by $150. You need to fix this. Your truck needs its check engine light checked. You need to have a working radio. You need customer service that is worth a crap. You treat customers like crap.

Donna GGot the trailer picked up no problem . Loaded the vehicle on trailer, had a low tire right front 20psi. Filled all tires to 65psi. That should have been my clue, apparently someone loaded or damaged the trailer prior to my use. I couldn't drive over 45mph loaded. The trailer wasn't safe to be on the road. Bent axle, hub damaged some kind of issue but not what I was expecting. Got the job done just not safely. Nothing against the rental location, not there fault.

Richard EAir conditioner in truck didn’t work. We drove 30 hours in unbearably hot conditions which greatly prolonged the driving time because of frequent stops to cool off.
Russell RVery unprofessional, unqualified to represent any company in a public setting. I requested a different pickup location online and was disappointed with everything about the pickup experience from the inconvenient remote location to the rude unhelpful staff.

LARRY MThe proprietor was easy to work with and quite flexible. I'd definitely recommend him. As far as U-Haul, it really is misleading when you advertise $29.99 and it really ends up costing 3x that. How the BBB let's you get away with that is beyond me.

GLENN CI can't say that I noticed anything lacking while reserving and picking up the auto transport trailer. The trailer functioned very well during the two hour trip.
Larry FThe vehicle had a dent in the upper left-hand corner of the truck bed that was duct taped. This location is on the side of the road with only a few other vehicles on site. I felt unsure about my Saturday pick-up.

Larry MChanged pick up and drop off locations from original on line reservation. Took 3 calls to change drop off location. And was incorrectly told at pick up location that I could stop off anywhere. I subsequently learned that is not true and there would have been a fee!

Denia BI was charged for extra mileage without being told, I was told I was over on my mileage but not that I was being charged until I was leaving and my card was already charged.

Richard RThe place was closed at oneish on a Saturday. They had a drop off box for the key. Sad but they had a starving cat that was laying there and you could see and feel every bone he had. It was very friendly so you knew it wasn't wild! It upset my whole family and had the place been opened ( there home was next door to it) I would of complained.
Billie KTires had no air and I had to fix the lights. Website and closing at 3pm and he closed at 2 I'll never use uhaul again.

Larry MMr. Littles was very rude on the phone when I was trying to understand what the vast amount of charges were for. He still charged me for furniture pads I never used and were returned still sealed in the bag they came in. He repeatedly spoke over me and would not let me answer or complete a thought without interruption and he responded very poorly and angrily to anything I said to him as I was simply trying to understand the procedure process and rental prices that were vastly higher than expected. Basically I ended up paying over $176 for a $29.95 truck rental. I am extremely dissatisfied!!!

Kathy WIf someone reserves a specific size truck, then either that truck should be available or customer should be notified that it won't be. I was not notified of that fact. Also, that number if blanket I ordered we're not available and I had to drive 45 minutes round trip out of my way to pick them up.
brian TI don't know that there is really anything else that Uhaul or Craig At Brinnegars could do to improve the experience . I was a last minute reservation and Craig made sure the equipment was on site and ready to go for me. Job well done !

john cThis is just an average country filling station. The man always has trailers and even small trucks to choose from however it's nothing fancy. He's very helpful and knows what he's doing, but like I said, it's just an average country service station.
