Mark ThompsonAfter returning the vehicle with gas that was used in our very short 20+mile trip.that took a total of 2 hours..they charged my card for 14 glallons of gas @$84.00 . When I called they immediately said I need to call corporate office. Total SCAM BUYER BEWARE. I I called the 800 number the lady there was super friendly and understood my concerns. Pictures of the gas recept and of gas Guage were submitted to be determined by another department. If this is taken care of ill be good but will not be using that location ever again. I will continue to use uhaul just need to be more aware I guess.

Joseph PeñaEverything was awesome. As far as the cleanliness of the vehicle, there was just a little bit of trash and broken glass in the back of the car go back. Other than everything else was clean.
Renee Schuyler1. On a day the temperature reached 106 degrees the trucks air conditioning stopped working as i arrived home for the 1st load. Called the facility and all i got was an apology and offer to come back for exchange and account would be noted so i myself would not get saddled with the repair cost!. Mind you i had two families over to help with the move. No time waste! 2. At the end of day when locking truck up for the night the interior and exterior lights would not turn off. As if the keys were still in ignition. Wasted 15 minutes on a day i was VERY stressed, tired, and frusterated! Poor maintenace of vehicles! And also goes for the White lane locations poor vehicle maintenance Word of the wise to all. Look for another company to rent for moving needs. These guys do minimum maintenance to keep renting.

rita baptistaHave exact mileage to reflect mileage at the time of checkout. Reflect the exact check in time and date!!!! Time reflected on return of uhaul is wrong. In addition to time of return of receiving receipt of usage is 24hrs late.

Daniel KovatchTruck had some transmission and alignment issues that need to be addressed before it was released for rent. Had to avoid freeway due to alignment issue which clocked additional mileage, more expense. Our guy checking us in and out was INCREDIBLE and thankful for him.

Nathan NEMNICI was not able to pick my rental up at the time that I reserved. Then, even though I fueled the truck past what it was given, I was charged for fuel. I felt like they payed no attention to checking the fuel gage when I turned it in and just hoped that I wasn’t paying attention. Getting a refund has been a huge hassle for me after what should have been an easy transaction.
Maria StalcupPlease, explain to costumers when drop off locations are closed what they need to do, in my case I call before to that location and they said it will close at 7pm, then when when I got to that location was closed , then I have to follow all the steps for after hours drop off locations … there was no parking to leave the truck, there was a big sign of No parking at any time, it was kind of confusing, I expend more than 45 mns standing there calling the operator to follow instructions…. Finally they gave me the ok to leave the truck…. It was a bad experience….

Terri IasconeFix your glitchy website. Mobile pickup didn’t work, the site to upload photos of damages to the truck wouldn’t upload or take any pics, and the online chat I tried to use on return kept disconnecting. Very, very poor functionality.
