Location was excellent and equipment was well maintained. James did an excellent job.

This location was far from what i originally reserved. upon picking up the truck, was told by the clerk that he didn't have time to clean it out prior to last person that rented it trashed it! he had to go pick it up from galveston and the front of the truck was dirty with floors needing vacuumed, I have pictures to prove it. Also, he didn't put any gas in it so i left with 1/8 tank in which it's supposed to have 1/4 prior to taking. I called customer service while i was there and notified of vehicle being dirty and I would not be responsible for this. representative stated he must clean out before I took off, however I was already going completely out of the way to pick it up and had set times for my moving day! Also, I reserved an appliance dolly and unfortunately this location stated he did not carry them so i had to go back to another location Daniels in richwood in which i usually deal with them normally, so I had to do separate rental from them. While i was there at Daniels she pulled up my agreement and looks like i was overcharged for my entire rental and also the man from Brite Lite had deleted my insurance off my account she could see in her notes and also did a print out of what he left my fuel tank at 1/8 and that was not acceptable. So Why would i put more fuel in it than i picked it up with. I am being charged extra 40$ for this and I will be in contact with management on the next business day!!!! this entire experience with Uhaul has been very poor!!! This is the first time i've reserved online and dealt with uhaul representatives opposed to dealing with Daniels rentals on an individual basis and if in the event I need to use rental truck again it will be an entirely different situation!!!! I left this location without signing anything and as I left I asked if my truck was completely covered with insurance and he assured me that i did in fact had insurance however going to next location for my dolly she said he removed it!!! I have a witness that heard him tell me i was covered by the insurance and in fact i wasn't. Nice guy, however he needs more customer service training in uhaul and taking care of the customers.
