LARRYBURTON FRENCHThey only tell me where to park the trailer there was no offer of assistance to disconnect it. It was neither a negative newer positive experience. Luckily the equipment I had included a jack to raise it off the ball or I would not have been able to disconnect by myself. As a garage they could offer the mechanic come out for five minutes to disconnect but they didn’t.

Didn’t no where the place was to drop truck off! Terrible service and will never use again! Will let everyone know also about the service!
NATASHA HARRISThe locations were fine - but U-Haul central messed absolutely everything up. I had the rudest customer service rep ever call me AS I was pulling into the site I was supposed to pick equipment up at to tell me I had to go to a totally different location - no advance warning. When I tried to tell them I was on the road and couldn’t take down information they just repeated themself and then HUNG UP on me while I was talking to them. When I finally sorted things out and went to the new equipment location, they DIDN’T HAVE all the equipment - just the trailer!!! Had to go back to the other location for that! Again, the centers themselves were great - they did EVERYTHING they could to make the mess U-Haul had left in all our laps right. But U-Haul right now is a joke. Will not be using in the foreseeable future - truly they worst experience with U-Haul I have ever had - and I made my reservation WEEKS in advance!! Also, you need to hire some better help ASAP (the phone customer service rep), or soon no one will want to go through the trouble of using U-Haul. You are becoming a painful joke.

Nicholas CalamosThe truck and tow dolly had just been dropped, so there was no time to clean it up. The windshield was cracked. My blankets and appliance dolly were at a completely different location. None of that is the fault of that location. The woman there was as disappointed as I was and did everything in her power to make Uhauls shortcomings up to me. She was great and I am grateful for her. Uhaul has a responsibility to ensure that all of my equipment is on target and in good condition. Uhaul failed me and their location. I will never use or recommend Uhaul again.

Autumn FlickingerThere were no other U-Haul vehicles on the lot, other than a small sign that read “U-Haul rentals” and a key drop box on the side of the building, behind a parked car, could hardly tell I was in the right place.
Brian WatsonI reserved / rented a 12 ft truck around 10 days ago to move some materials and wished I had a larger truck so this time I reserved and rented a 15 ft truck and guess what...? It is the same exact size as before only this time they included the 3 extra feet above the cab? Not cool. I made it work but that is really poor form in my opinion. In fairness both the 12 ft and the 15 ft trucks were the same price but that is not the point. It would be so much better for the consumer if there was better consistency on how they are marketed.

Mark UmstottTruck wasn’t cleaned on inside. Cigarette ashes were in a spot on the drivers side door and cigarette butts were in the truck. No washer fluid was in the truck. The furniture pads I rented were not in the truck.
Richard SinclairCab of the truck had trash in it and the floors and cup holder were dirty. I requested an appliance cart and got two furniture dollies and furniture pads. I wasn't informed about refueling prior to return, it may have been in the contract but is hard to read on a phone.
Felicia GlickThe initial check-in process after hours needs to be simplified. Once you get in the system it works well. Just a lot of hoops to jump through... and this is for any location.

Teresa CooperI had planned to pick my uhaul up in one location. It was not ready so I was sent to another location farther away. I was told by the rep that I would receive a $50 discount and that my mileage would be discounted as well. I never received either of those two things and my card was charged the full amount. Now the rep will not return my calls or messages.

Robert lisenbyMake the app user friendly. Hold times were very long. I had to call back five times before we could get my order number linked to my account so that I can pick up the vehicle. Finally ,the last person that I spoke to you was able to get us linked to my account so we could get the vehicle. Then, we had to verify our IDs several times. When I received the vehicle it was filthy. It had a dead squished mouse in the back and was disgustingly dirty. There were cigarette butts all over the inside. We were moving and it was pouring down rain and the truck was leaking and our mattresses were soaked. I was hoping to get the first vehicle at 9 a. M. It took several hours before I was able to actually pick it up because of all the issues. Terrible experience!
