I called multiple times finally I got through to someone when we did drop off the truck the location was confusing. No one was there regardless of posted business hours. Waited 30 minutes incase they had been out on storage property. Called the local number posted again to be sent to a call center and the lady was incredibly rude. Then just used the uhaul.com to return truck dropped key into door drop box and the inside of office looked like no one worked there.

Judy and her team are "top-notch" professionals who know their business and care for their customers. Everything at Bridger View is 100%. If I ever need an RV or Camper Storage again I will definitely go to Bridger View in spite of the fact there are 4 or 5 storage facilities much closer to my home. The security, safety and professional staff are the reason for that decision.

When I made my reservation online I reserved my pick up for one location (Belgrade) but when the representative called to confirm I was told I would have to pick up my truck in Bozeman (12 miles away) and no compensation was offered for the additional 24 miles that I was now having to drive. On the day of my scheduled pick up my reservation information online still showed I was to pick up in Belgrade. I went to the Belgrade pick up location and there was NO truck there for me. Luckily Bridger View Storage had a truck that had been returned the night before and kind owner was able to let me use that truck. UHaul - if trucks aren't available at a location, don't allow customers to book them. Also, if a pick up location is changing, update the reservation on the customer's end. Had the gracious owner at Bridger View Storage not gone out of her way to help me it would have been a major inconvenience to drive 24 miles out of my way to pick-up and return your truck.

Clean the truck so the windshield can be seen out of. A poor way to start a business relationship. I reserved this 20' truck a MONTH in advance at the N. 7th location in Bozeman only to be sent on a wild goose chase out in Belgrade. A very poor start.

The hours indicate it is open until 5pm but it is actually only open until 2pm. The website link did not work so I couldn't check my vehicle in for return online. The staff was very helpful the next day to check it in without the additional charge.

The two dollies that were ordered were not in the truck & had to drive to another location for pick up. After loading the truck we had to go to Bozeman location on 7th for them to hook up car as the straps were jammed - one of the chains during our trip broke - a big liability - when dropped off we were told they couldn't help us for compensation & still awaiting a call back from Uhaul to discuss this matter.

Tried to drop the truck off after hours, but waited on hold for half an hour and gave up. Called the person at Bridgerview stotage the next day and they said they were only open 10-2. We showed up at noon to see the person locking up and leaving for the day. She did take the key and said she would check it in tomorrow morning.

This location gave excellent customer service, however. I called (Friday) the Backyard Storage U-Haul phone number to make a reservation for Monday. They open at 9am. I asked to possibly pick up earlier because I had an appointment at 9am. I was told someone should be there about 8:30. Monday: The lady at Backyard Storage informed me that she was no longer a U-Haul dealer. She informed me that the High K Street U-Haul was the only one in Belgrade Mt. Once there, I called the number on the U-Haul office window. I was told that they would message someone that I was there waiting. This location opened up at 9am and let me in. Then they couldn't find my reservation. I searched for the email confirmation and discovered that the reservation was set up at Big Boy Toys in Four Corners MT. I ended up having to go through the whole process of getting a rental from the beginning. I was an hour and a half late for an appointment for my truck, which could not be completed because I was late. I had to return the rental and the mechanic is a week out.

Not sure how I ended up with this location because i have used another in the past in the same town. No one was present at the drop off site even though it was scheduled to be open. In addition, there was no explanation as to why no one was available. U-Haul needs to drop this location from its network.

No one was manning the office, no one was answering the phones, there were other people waiting to be helped and there was no one to help them we all stood there and looked at each other. I hesitate to say this because I have a storage unit there and I'm very happy with my storage unit and do not wish to move, but the fact is the office was completely abandoned during business hours. The second location I contacted and dropped my trailer at was very helpful and has heard my story many times over from other people.
