BRIAN HDrop off location was changed by uhaul. I received an email saying... per our conversation you will now have a drop location of... there wasn’t a conversation. And drop off location was much further than original. However, self drop off with online drop off option was fantastic.

daniel vNot the "location's" fault, but uhaul, please do better. The truck came with some eye-balled measurement of fuel inside. I filled it up& left it with atleast $30 of gas more than I got it- no refund or credit. Maybe just actually keep the fuel on full when it's rented so us people know to just fill it up, instead of some vague expense. I literally gave this massive corporation $30 of my hard earned money and still had to pay $27 for going over the mileage, which was fine, but how is it fair that I left the tank fuller than I got it& didn't get credit or a refund for it??? Unreal.

Eric SService rep who checked us out did not wear a mask. Interior of truck was not clean. We brought it back the same way we got it. Happy with the online reservation service through U-Haul. Would recommend online reservations to others.

Ed GThis location took an hour and a half to check out from. No drivers where listed which would have voided damage waiver. The trucks fuel weren’t marked right. There was preexisting damage to one that wasn’t marked when requested. Please look into this location.

I reserved a truck two weeks in advance. To be picked up early in eureka ca I had to drive out of my way to get the truck. A half an hour each way. Nope and nope

chris mThe uhaul experience with the company itself sucked. I requested a 15 ft. Truck and got a 10 ft truck. I went to bed getting a email where I was picking it up. I woke to a text to a whole different place. 45 miles away from where I was picking up my property at. Then the text me a place where to drop it off and they weren't affiliated with uhaul. It was hard finding a place to drop it off at. I say uhaul sucks!

Ken PI originally made a reservation to rent the trailer in Eureka. They sent us to a location 2 and half hours away the day before the reservation day. Luckily we found another location a half an hour away. It cost us a lot of extra time. They needed to make more of an effort to find us a better location.

Sera BBrian is our all time favorite Uhaul guy. We have struggled with the Jacobs Ave location every time we order, and as caterers, we cannot afford to be late. We nearly lost an annual $25,000 job because of such mayhem one year. We discovered Brian's Auto in Rio Dell, and always try to work with him. Please add more vehicle options to his location. We have another rental coming up next month and are forced to deal with Jacobs Ave again because of vehicle limits to Brian's location. He is accountable, helpful, low stress and makes the UHaul experience pleasant and easy. We highly recommend him for an easy UHaul experience.

carmel bhe didnt ask if we wanted insurance he just charge us for it when we returned the trailer. also marker light did not work and trailer made clunking sound the whole time think hitch in damages. inside floor bent from over weight loads.

KARREN Qwe ordered a 10 ft truck and had to settle for a 15 truck, which altered our packing situation. We got the 10 ft. rate but I'm sure paid extra for gas for the 700 miles of driving. Not happy about that. U-haul trucks are well maintained and reliable in our experience, so there are pluses.
