This was too easy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pick up and drop were a breeze. I only wish I could walk into a location and register, although, the online registration was mostly easy

Darren BossWe did not have Internet Service at all in Morgan, Utah. This made it impossible to use the Uhaul online check in. We had to use a Subways wifi to even use the app. This made us 45 minutes late picking it up because we had to use the wifi to start the pickup process. Luckily the business was right next to the location or we would have had to wait an hour + before picking up our truck. We have Xfinity Mobile so it may be because of this service provider specifically but it was still a huge inconvenience on top of having to drive nearly 30 miles to pickup the truck because one was not available locally to us (we lived in a large city, Fruit Heights, UT).
