Let each customer know that a$25 fee will be added to your final payment if you fail to fill the truck back up exactly or above the starting point because if you miss by just one point, you have just stabbed yourself in the foot because you gone still pay that$25 fee. It's just not fair but it's how it is. I'm just thankful that it wasn't more than$25. My overall experience was good and I would definitely use them again.Samantha C.

U-Haul is located inside the feed and seed store. Feed and seed customers are priority but customer service was still excellent. The ladies in the front was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. The over all experience was nice.. Pick-up truck recommendedJessica W.

Absolute nightmare. This location tried to give me the wrong truck, over charge me and reduce my miles. I showed the confirmation for the order and the representative was a total bitch and didn't care. I had to spend over an hour in the store with u-haul customer service for them to send this location the information requiring them to accept my order. The truck itself was fine but the inside was trashed. This place is dirty and irresponsible. For the next customer; move this u-haul location.william G.

I called him this morning let him know that the back door is messed up on it at the bottom of the hinges are really loose on it and they act like they didn't care and I told her about the safety change wasn't hooked up properly and she said they was but they wouldn't I didn't know the safety chains waiting on their right till I got home and looking at it but I fixed the problem when I got home but I called him this morning told him about it and she said they look at the pictures and it was hooked up right but it wasn't so very unsatisfied with these people this time I think I should get a credit back on some of my money but I have pictures of the door messed up had a hard time shut that goes it way it was went white with messed upDavid M.

Quit charging customers for mileage, like myself for mileage that U-Haul charged for dropping there equipment off at a different locationRaymond U.
This is a plant nursery. When i waited in line to get to the cash register, i was then told i would have to wait until they checked out the nursery customers because the uhaul was a side business. This is BS, i was the next person in line and should have been waited on accordingly. Then while taking pictures of previous damage that wasnt marked by uhaul, the man said i didnt need to do all that just go cause no one takes care of the trucks anyway.Karl B.

If I were Uhaul I would explain how to make sure the customer was thought of like they wanted their business. I had pre-arranged on the eve. of 1-4-22 to pick up this truck at 8AM at the Brewton (123) location ready to go. I arrived at 8:18am, they knew nothing about this truck being rented, contract was timed out at 8:29am, the truck was brought around,you could not see out off the windows due to next to a chemical plant that discharged lime into the air,the complete truck was coverd with lime, on the front windsheld they worked on it for two hours.Making us late for our timed out trip, NOT ONCE DID MANAGEMENT CHECK ON US.Michael B.

Make sure tires are in good condition they were very low when I picked the trailer up. I filled two tires with air. When I arrived in my location 800 miles away. I noticed the two tires low again and I have not loaded the trailer as of yet. So I had to do my own repaires. When I got the trailer back I told the lady at the counter what I did to repair the tires, she said thanks. That's all.GEORGEALLEN M.

They were very understanding of are troubles, they did Wright the truck up for problems, I don't expect uhaul to service or take the problems seriously, has I'm sure I'm not the first to report problems, like burning oil in cab and glazed brakes.Richard G.

Clean the Trucks better My truck smelled like someone had Hauled Cow Manure in it it had a Awful Smell Had to keep spraying with LysolSherri S.
When I initially contacted this location to rent a truck direct, I was put on hold for 10 minutes, before she told me she didn't have time and to call the 800 number, so I did. We went the morning we were scheduled for pick up only a little after opening of the store. We waited for approximately 45 minutes while she went back and forth with questions after I had already called the 800 number to reserve a truck and reserved it for an extra day. She kept saying it was for only 2 days, and I was quoted over the phone by Deborah, the subtotal for 3 days. Then the woman(Rebecca) took another customer over me, while she was still working my reservation. I found her customer service experience and U-haul reservation knowledge lacking. I believe she needs further training on the rental of U-haul equipment, and 1-800- U-haul reservations needs to put all notations into customer's agreement, so when customer goes to pick up equipment it's pleasant, not stressful. We then waited another 20+ minutes to get the truck brought around and my son went in to find out if it was ready, because nothing was said to us, they didn't go over the working lights check and/or previous damage of the vehicle; nothing! They just left the keys in the truck and my son standing there waiting for someone to say it was ok to take it. Not customer oriented at all!Wendi S.

I was disappointed that the pickup location gave priority to other customers as oppose to the U-Haul customers. Another U-Haul customer and I had to wait for store customers. Even store customers who came after us were "allowed" to skip us. Other than that the location is convenient and the trailer was in good condition.Robert M.
Even though it was nearly the office's closing time, the staff was professional and promptly got me checked in. They explained that I would receive my receipt via email and within a minute or two, I received the email. I would recommend this U-Haul location to others.Daniel E.

When I dropped off the trailer, I did so after hours. The self check-in directions provided by U-Haul instructed me to leave the trailer onsite. However I was unable to access the U-Haul location due to the gate being closed and locked and a couple of U-Haul trucks parked in a manner they blocked the gate.
