Unable to login for 24/7 pick-up. Had to wait for the office manager to return-60 minutes. Office manager was accommodating and helpful- 5 star service. My inability to complete the 24/7 pick-up on the app is the reason for less than an excellent rating.

Please let people know that if you have AT&T cell phone service you don’t have any service where you are located for remote pickup. You may want to install a cell signal booster for clients. We had to find someone with Verizon wireless who had enough service. Otherwise very good experience and cleanest van we have rented with Uhual. Thank you

Brentwood EZ Storage is a clean, well-maintained facility. They were easy to work with to rent for my father's furniture which needed to be moved quickly from the home he had been living in. Easily accessible for the moving company to come in and deposit the furniture and I was able to access it at anytime I needed to. I highly recommend Brentwood EZ Storage!

Tammy is absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond for me several times by providing me with any information that I needed.. without me having to ask! She’s always eager to help! Plus she is incredibly friendly. She alone would make me rent there again.. and recommend this storage facility to everyone I know! The storage units are also a great price and VERY clean! The after hours are super helpful!!

Pass this place they are not friendly they charge xtra for insurance no dumpster , there is another uhaul storage place down the street and their manager Tammi is a sweetheart and so is the rest of the staff.

The car was good but the attendant made it an unenjoyable experience. Attendant was not helpful and we were asked to do go through the car inspection and turn the car on and check the blinkers, parking, reverse etc . I’ve never been asked to do this at a rental. In addition she was calling for needless reasons before our appt.

My temporary residence has very little storage area. As i will be storing indefinitely, i moved my storage closer to me in a climate-controlled unit so that i can add to it and better organize. Tammy was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable! Thank you. Best regards, Patricia

The UHaul app was not working properly so my pickup was delayed.....I was frustrated with the time it took to remedy the situation.....moving is hard..so any issues that involved slowing down the process is frustrating. The van was clean and well cared for.

I recently had a terrible experience with the Newmarket, NH Uhaul site. From the nasty, condescending and general troll-like behavior of the representative to her office-filling body odor. The experience with the Brentwood, NH site was quite the opposite--able to conduct the transaction entirely by mobile, including a call from a rep to clarify my order. Seemless and painless.

The location and vehicle were great however my first experience with the uhaul app was not pleasant. I was supposed to be able to view my order from the app, but the app was never able to find my order. I had an email showing I had a reservation, but I had to call customer service twice. The first person told me my order would not show/update until I was on site. Once on site, it still wouldn't update so I had to call back. While I was on hold an email came through and I was able to pick up my order through the email. However, it was not a smooth process and set me back about a half hour. I was literally walking around the property outside the fence hoping the app would "update" if perhaps I found the right spot. Customer service was kind, but my first experience with mobile pickup was stressful. I highly suggest the app shows the reservation in the app with a tab/button/note showing it will update when on site, because checking the app for your order and being told it can't find one, the day you have an appointment/deadline is not a good feeling, especially when you have chosen mobile pickup at a closed facility.
