I recently had a terrible experience with the Newmarket, NH Uhaul site. From the nasty, condescending and general troll-like behavior of the representative to her office-filling body odor. The experience with the Brentwood, NH site was quite the opposite--able to conduct the transaction entirely by mobile, including a call from a rep to clarify my order. Seemless and painless.

The location and vehicle were great however my first experience with the uhaul app was not pleasant. I was supposed to be able to view my order from the app, but the app was never able to find my order. I had an email showing I had a reservation, but I had to call customer service twice. The first person told me my order would not show/update until I was on site. Once on site, it still wouldn't update so I had to call back. While I was on hold an email came through and I was able to pick up my order through the email. However, it was not a smooth process and set me back about a half hour. I was literally walking around the property outside the fence hoping the app would "update" if perhaps I found the right spot. Customer service was kind, but my first experience with mobile pickup was stressful. I highly suggest the app shows the reservation in the app with a tab/button/note showing it will update when on site, because checking the app for your order and being told it can't find one, the day you have an appointment/deadline is not a good feeling, especially when you have chosen mobile pickup at a closed facility.
