Laura CReservations and instructions were poor. Agent I had to call was not familiar with state geography, location of pick up changed in writing to me but that was not correct.
Bruce NI didn’t receive a call from the first location pick up, he didn’t have a truck and was rude. He said it wasn’t his responsibility to notify me that he didn’t have a truck even though he knew I was coming to pick up. I had to drive a hour to the second location to pick up the truck. Better Comunication and customer service should be #1. Second location was very nice and helpful.

Mark WTruck constantly blew hot air for 4 hour ride on 90 degree day. Unable to locate original truck in Eastman, Wi. Add some air-conditioning.
Anthony GOur vehicle was dirty. There was no key available when we were supposed to pick our vehicle up putting us over an hour behind schedule while we waited for someone to get us a key. We had filled out all of our paperwork online to avoid this issue. Also, how can a vehicle with Arizona plates not have air conditioning. We will not recommend Uhaul to anyone.
Stacy OI was charged for returning my truck late despite returning it the day it was due. I left the keys in the drop box (they were closed) on 6/2/2020. The receipt shows 6/3/2020, I’m assuming the time they opened. Contacted UHAUL and still have not heard back

James MI was told drop off location would be in Boscobel and once I got to had to drive additional 13 miles as actual location was Fennimore. Very much out of my way after a long day of moving and got charged for the extra miles. Very disappointed

Christopher LHave a truck available at location originally requested. Used up 3 hours of time when it could have taken 1 hour if equipment was where requested. Finding out at the last minute that arrangements needed to be made to have someone drive me to the location where the truck was at in Fennimore Wisconsin. FYI as we were pulling out of our property to start our trip to Illinois the check engine light came on.

SCOTT AI did not ask for any hand carts when i got to where i was going i found seven carts I was not every happy alot of move was lost to these exta carts.... very upset.....
