Ensure personnel are trained on and/or have a working knowledge vehicle transporters and are able to assist customers with putting vehicles on and taking vehicles off transporters, if needed Ensure location has necessary equipment to assist customers with vehicles being put on and taken off transporters. The location overall appearance and cleanliness was OK for the business and area of location. The business location is a little conjested and located on a small busy street. I had completed the check-in process online including payment and providing my driver's license. The Uhaul representative at the location I picked up from insisted on taking my driver's license again as well as paying a second time. It took an hour to complete the process, which included 58 minutes of standing around and waiting on this man. Due to being forced to pick up from a different location, I was promised a $30 discount for having to go out of my way. I picked up at a place that was 20+ miles out of my way and didn't even receive the discount.Shannon R.

Location was great, but I will no longer be using Uhaul ever again. I've ordered over 15 trailers/trucks in the last 12 months (feel free to check my account to verify) and this was my last reservation. Your new policy of charging and additional day for "after-hour dropoffs" is ridiculous. Charging someone who drops off their equipment at midnight for an additional day is insane. The location cannot even rent the equipment again until the following day. It's a pathetic excuse to try to swindle money out of customers who don't keep an incredibly close eye on their receipt. I had to open up the actual receipt itself as your "order confirmation" email does not even send me the amount IN the email. You've lost a customer who quite literally spends thousands a year with you over a pathetic new policy that's meant to do nothing but exploit overly trusting customers.Will P.
