SERGIO AMake sure you verify that the customer knows UHaul changed the pick up location. The people at 900 Lombardy St. we’re rude and obnoxious. I will never go to that location again.

Jazmyn JThis is not the location asked for when submitted: I am glad that I did double check before dropping at Sandstone facility. I had to get a ride to Airport location. I was surprised with the ease of returning vehicle. Thank you. I had to put a Quart of Oil in vehicle. I had on problem with the location check in place. I appreciate your company assistance.
JAMES GMileage out and fuel level were not correct. It took 45 minutes to get mileage out corrected. Fuel level did not get corrected and that caused a fuel charge when I returned the truck. The return location, U-Haul Moving & Storage of Kingsport, 1805 E Stone Dr, Kingsport, TN 37660, was able to get this fuel charge corrected.
David MI have tried multiple times to tell you guys that I was charged for furniture pads that were not in the truck when I picked it up, but no one from uhaul returns my calls or emails. I am truly disappointed. Its not the five dollars its the complete disregard for customer service from a company that has such a great history, call me old fashioned but damn. I even waited to fill out the survey to see if someone....anyone would get back too me.
Matthew HThe app was extremely slow due to the lack of WiFi. It took around 40 minutes for me to check in using the app and get the keys. The inability to have access to WiFi while being required to use an app is a bit frustrating. Other locations that I have rented from provide wifi to ensure an easy check in process. This was an inferiorating process.
