He was not behaving good. He asked me to load chain and other myself. He did not tell me to check by mobile and he charged me extra. When I called him, he did not listen to my response and said call U-haul. I talked ton his secretary (Darline) for extending for a day but he charged me more. The location was great and the truck was very clean. My issue was my reservation was moved to a different location and the 26' truck was not available. Customer service training needs to be a yearly requirement. If someone hands you their ID they shouldn't have it slid back across a desk at them. It's not proper to include charges that the customer already declined and then pretend that you can't reverse them. I'll never use this u-haul again.Chatika M.

I will definately rent from Bramble Towing again. Everyone was very helpful in explaining the equipment (6x13 trailer) and hooked everything for me. They also made sure everything was working properly before I left their lot. I've rented from others, but won't again!Ernest H.

The pick up location was fine but it was not our original location. It was very frustrating with all the changes for pick up. We had booked the truck for a 8:15am pickup at a location that opened at 8am but were notified 2 days prior that our location was changed but we could still pick up early. When we got to the new location the office did not open till 10am and our reservation was changed to 10am. We were unable to get the keys even though I had already paid for the entire rental. After several calls to customer service we found a location that was open at 9am. We drove to Bramble Towing to finally get the truck.Jill T.

I returned the Uhaul to the correct location before the 9PM closing time and dropped the key in the designated drop box. I rang the doorbell and asked if I needed to do anything else to verify my truck return, and the representative told me the return was complete. The next day, I received a receipt charging me an extra $20 for an after-hours return despite returning it before closing time. I would not recommend renting a Uhaul from Bramble Towing.Andrew S.
My U-Haul was not prepared for mobile pickup, meaning that I had to wait an extra hour and a half to get the keys handed to me. Additionally, the staff was not wearing masks and we received a comment on how our masks that we were wearing were useless.Christopher C.

I was skeptical about using the app and everything, but I would absolutely use it again. It was clean, easy and convenient. The pick-up spot was very easy to find and very centrally located. I would swing through there again, for sure.Chris W.

The Bramble location was fine after I was transferred there due to multiple issues at the Eurie Realty location. One of the customer service reps, Jennifer, was incredibly helpful and even gave me a credit after my terrible service with Stephen at Eurie Realty.Jeff M.

3 of the 4 tires were under-inflated. 32 pounds when the recommended was 40. But it's been cold lately so I get it, but it clearly showed that no-one was checking it. I only traveled 10 miles so it wasn't an issue.Eric S.

For this rental, I needed to coordinate picking up my Uhaul with dropping off my Avis rental car because I do not live in Cincinnati. I scheduled my Uhaul pickup at the Reading Road location, which was literally next door to Avis. I made both my Uhaul and Avis reservations Monday morning, 7/22. However, on Wednesday I received an email stating that the Uhaul pickup location had changed from Reading Road to Montgomery Road. I did not see this email until Thursday (the original email said that someone would "contact me" if the reservation location changed). Either way, I was not able to change my Avis dropoff to a better location relative to Montgomery road. The Lyft ride from Reading Road to Montgomery road cost $20 plus 45 minutes! Plus I needed to drive 20 additional minutes to my final destination where I used the Uhaul. I feel I should be compensated for the fact that Uhaul changed the pickup location without so much as a courtesy call, just an email that was too late to act on. The change cost me $20 plus an hour of my time, and also the inability to get out of Cincinnati before rush hour.TODD S.
There were political signs on the property which makes the atmosphere seem unprofessional. The rep. took a long time to sign me in/process my order even though I spent the time signing in online/scanning my ID beforehand. When my uhaul was rented I was sent out into the lot to find the uhaul without the assistance of a representative. The ID on they keys were faded so I had to try the keys on every uhaul. The equiptment that I rented was not included in the uhaul so i had to go back to the storefront and wait in line to get the equiptment that the rep. stated was already in my uhaul when it was not.Linda R.

I was very happy with the whole experience. After reading some of the reviews, I was apprehensive about the whole thing, but it went very smoothly for me, so I'm really happy! Also, the price was less than I had estimated, because I didn't realize the second 100 miles was calculated at a lower rate. Tim, the manager (owner?) of Bramble Towing was very helpful. The only thing I would change is for the company to make it extremely clear to the renter that even though it's advertised as $20 per day, if asked if you know when you might return and you say probably about 4 , it's not made clear that if you say that they will rent it again and say you be late after when you pick it up. I have reserved my van 2 weeks prior and the day that I was going to pick it up, was told it will be ready. When I was about to pick up they said they do not have it available and offered a box truck- I have a box truck and do not need one, I want a van. Was told to go to a different Uhaul in another state to pick-up and need to drop it back off there. No offer of compensation or help in anyway. Very bad, waiting on the District Manager to call me back- as I wasted a lot of time just to rent a van.LLIJA R.
