The location was good - convenient and the drop off was easy but the parking lot and the signage for the business needs more lighting. It was pretty dark and for safety reasons, it would be helpful to have more light on the parking lot.

They did not tell me return procedure, nor how to unhook, and the in person customer service was below average. They were efficient just not friendly (no smile greeting, no asking if I had questions)

Truck was not checked before renting, had to jump start it. Truck cut off several times while in transit.and check engine light came on Tried to drop off at a closer location to avoid any other issues but was told I could not. Then was charged additional because truck was late return. Very disappointed with this experience.

Make the online pickup and drop off easier. Do not make it so dumb that you would rather pay the convenience fee than go through the hell you put your customers through. This service sucks and needs to be revamped. Totally unsatisfied. Will never use it again.

The contactless process was extremely painful to figure out for the first time. If there's a way for you to greatly simplify all the steps for customers that would be amazing. We were sitting in the parking lot for 45 minutes figuring out how to set everything up, and even the return process was a hassle. Please figure out a way to greatly reduce all of the steps for the contactless after hours service.

Let customers know up front they may have to use the “mobile drop off” link if there is no U-Haul Representative at the drop off location. I managed it, but was unaware upfront. Thankfully a Bramble employee explained how to get started and find the link for the process.

The staff at Bramble were both knowledgeable and helpful. The Uhual app is not user-friendly and would take several rentals to get used to. Would definitely use Bramble again for my rental needs.

There was no one there. Phone number said to call on Monday business hours. We pressed button on gate and it was answered but don’t think they were actually on site. He was unable to help us with either getting truck door open to retrieve key nor did he know who we should contact or what else could be done to help us. He said uhaul was a separate company and they didn’t have anything to do with them.

There were a bunch of empty soda cans stuffed under the seats from a previous renter. And the back of the truck was a little dirty. But we cleaned it up ad left it in better shape than we found it. Thank you sooooo much for the use of the truck. You SAVED us when another truck rental company rented the truck that we had reserved weeks ago to someone else! So thank you, thank you, thank you :-)

I am still being charged for an appliance dolly that I ordered but never received. Instead, I was given a utility dolly. I disputed the charge upon return of the vehicle, and again upon receipt of the invoice, but have yet to hear from anyone about it. I need someone to reach out to me to settle this issue.

He was not behaving good. He asked me to load chain and other myself. He did not tell me to check by mobile and he charged me extra. When I called him, he did not listen to my response and said call U-haul. I talked ton his secretary (Darline) for extending for a day but he charged me more. I do recommend that U-Haul should not allow him to take care of U-Haul trucks and trailers. I called and made a complaint with Ref# 322263 Hassan Moghbelli 913-952-2373

Not a thing. The equipment was perfect, and Kenny was great in explaining everything and setting the trailer up for me. I will definitely go back to Bramble Towing when I need to rent a truck or trailer

The location was great and the truck was very clean. My issue was my reservation was moved to a different location and the 26’ truck was not available. My reservation was moved last minute to this location and I and very grateful it was. They were very nice and quick. Drop off was easy as well.

The code was not correct and the number posted to call for U-Haul was disconnect. It took me calling the mainline and thankfully someone answered. Sadly. They did not provide the correct code but I was able to guess it, thankfully.

Customer service training needs to be a yearly requirement. If someone hands you their ID they shouldn't have it slid back across a desk at them. It's not proper to include charges that the customer already declined and then pretend that you can't reverse them. I'll never use this u-haul again.

I will definately rent from Bramble Towing again. Everyone was very helpful in explaining the equipment (6x13 trailer) and hooked everything for me. They also made sure everything was working properly before I left their lot. I've rented from others, but won't again!

The pick up location was fine but it was not our original location. It was very frustrating with all the changes for pick up. We had booked the truck for a 8:15am pickup at a location that opened at 8am but were notified 2 days prior that our location was changed but we could still pick up early. When we got to the new location the office did not open till 10am and our reservation was changed to 10am. We were unable to get the keys even though I had already paid for the entire rental. After several calls to customer service we found a location that was open at 9am. We drove to Bramble Towing to finally get the truck.

I returned the Uhaul to the correct location before the 9PM closing time and dropped the key in the designated drop box. I rang the doorbell and asked if I needed to do anything else to verify my truck return, and the representative told me the return was complete. The next day, I received a receipt charging me an extra $20 for an after-hours return despite returning it before closing time. I would not recommend renting a Uhaul from Bramble Towing.

My U-Haul was not prepared for mobile pickup, meaning that I had to wait an extra hour and a half to get the keys handed to me. Additionally, the staff was not wearing masks and we received a comment on how our masks that we were wearing were useless.

I was skeptical about using the app and everything, but I would absolutely use it again. It was clean, easy and convenient. The pick-up spot was very easy to find and very centrally located. I would swing through there again, for sure.

The Bramble location was fine after I was transferred there due to multiple issues at the Eurie Realty location. One of the customer service reps, Jennifer, was incredibly helpful and even gave me a credit after my terrible service with Stephen at Eurie Realty.
